    Bait and Switch Payment methods

Ok guys, here is the situation. I Deposited to a company using EcoCard. Doubled up, and now am attempting to withdraw my winnings. So they now will only pay me back to INSTADEBIT??? Now I do not have an instadebit account, nor do I want one. I tried to sign up and instadebit is requesting a mountain of paperwork just for this one tiny transaction... so not worth it.

Shouldn't it be standard that if they accept your money through EcoCard then they should be able to pay it back that way???

That seems totally wrong. Usually they will only withdraw to InstaDebit if that's the way you deposited. I have played at casinos that accept EWX withdrawals but don't pay out that way - in that case I'd always just ask for a check (if it was a small amount) or a bank draft (for a larger amount)

Is this an accredited casino? I'm wondering if there's a casino rep you can contact.

Its a Bingo site, thought I would give it a whirl. Smells like tactic to me. Make sure I hit that reverse button, which I am NOT going to, not on your life.

I could understand if it related to a Credit Card/Debit Card. But not sending it back to ECOcard makes no sense at all.

If they refuse to cut a check or send a bank draft and insist on sending it to INSTADEBIT, something is up here imo.

If it hits that wall, I'd PAB.

    Cheers

Thx Aussie, I've been round these parts a LONG time so not sure if I have a freebie left for non-accredited outfits. I contacted Ecocard and confirmed more or less the issue is not on their end. I also went through thier site with a fine toothed comb and found nothing about this!

Unless this site is a known rogue site here (does Bryan even mess with Bingo sites?), why do you think they wouldn't help you? Ask Max in a PM, see what he thinks.

Also, if you know who you signed up through (affiliate site), you could try to get them to help. They should be willing to help.

Hi and thanks, I am trying to see if I can work it out with the place before I bring Max or CM into it. I am told someone will be looking at the issue Monday, which is reasonable.
