    Drastic Change in Game Play

I've been playing online for about ten years. During that time, I have narrowed down the places I play to MCG sitse as I prefer their software. I currently play at 3 sites.

I did have a problem shortly after the US legislation was passed which prevented us US players from making any deposits for about six months or so. I was a black diamond VIP at GP and was removed from that list by the new VIP manager for not having made any deposits. I explained it was through no fault of my own and he made me a deal. He said if I deposited 10K over the next 3 months he would provide me with a 35% bonus (deposits minus cashins x .35%). I did this and when I notified him, he refused to honor the agreement despite the fact that it was in writing. CM has this complaint listed elsewhere on the site. I also filed a complaint with eCogra who said it was a bonus and they could do whatever they pleased with bonuses depsite having proof by having it in writing. I have totally lost respect for eCogra as a result of this.

Anyway, my main reason for this post is the past three months or so, I have noticed that my play has changed significantly on the MCG sites. Sure there have been times when I hit a legitimate streak of bad luck but that resolves itself - until now.

I find that on all 3 of these sites, 90% of the spins on slots are zero and when I do hit it is usually for less than my wager. On BJ it is astonishing how many times I get pushed when I get a 17 or above and even pushed/beaten with 21's on a 20 or 21. Also the number of "teen" (13, 14, 15 ,16) hands I get is phenomenal and most of the time the outcome of the hand has nothing to do which the choices I make. For example, 90% of the time if I have a 13 (10 and 3) with the dealer showing a 3, I know the next card will be a 10 so I do nothing because I will bust. However this doesnt' help me either as the dealer will have a winning hand regardless. I'm tired of hearing the word "random" because being able to predict that this card will be a 10 is just that predictable NOT random.

Despite changing up my games, wagering amounts, time of day playing, the outcome is the same on all three sites. Because I have played so much and for so long, I tend to notice even small changes in my game play and am beginning to wonder about this "run of bad luck".

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed a significant change in their game play such as this since the beginning of the year - perhaps end of last year. First MCG bans US players from progressives, then they won't allow the sitse to accept new US players, now they ban us from new games and as CM has said elsewhere - US players will just have to learn to play elsewhere.

I feel like this is a US account issue - targeted to my account number and as a US player, because if I am going to win (in the past) I would win on whatever games I usually played during that session or would lose on whatever games I played during the session - like whatever was going to happen was an account thing across the board. My payout percentage isn't even near the average (lower) as well and I'm astonished at how my play has so drastically changed during the same time frame on all the MCG sites all in the same way.

Obviously if I contiue to lose I won't be playing which is perhaps just what they want. I wonder if any other US players are experiencing this type of thing?

Yes and not only at the MG casinos but almost all of them We also are getting the same "sorry about your run of bad luck" spiel.

Things have changed a lot the last few years (about 2) and some are actually sharing their proof of this lately on how casinos have changed the inner workings.

There is a lot of good threads going on , make yourself aware of these. It has some very good reading. Sorry about you being snookered by them.

    Gp = Grand Prive?

Been there, done that. I would take any promises they make with a pinch of salt. They got you to deposit 10K, and you would get a 35% cashback at the end if you did. Once they had your 10K, they reneged on the deal.

I have had similar deals reneged on TWICE last year, but at least I beat THEM to the tune of £100

This time, they sent me a CD with £100 ND chip. I played the free chip, lost it, and IMMEDIATELY uninstalled the casino. They didn't even ATTEMPT to lie to me a third time and offer a bogus deal if I actually made a deposit.

You are probably getting screwed because they are trying to milk as much as they can from the US players before the inevitable happens, and it becomes impossible for them to deposit. MGS may even be planning to update their license agreements to require a TOTAL closure to all US players, not just to new ones.

Gameplay has been discussed a great deal, but CM recently met with MGS, and was told that the games, once developed, were NEVER changed in terms of the "inner workings". Where things HAVE changed are the NEW games, which may NOT play the same as the older ones, even if they look similar. There is nothing to stop NEW games from being developed with a slightly higher house edge than the older ones. MGS slots are thought to pay around the 95% mark (often known as RTP). Thunderstruck was subject to a thorough investigation by Zoozie, and was found to be almost spot on 95% RTP. The newer games are too complicated to analyse properly for RTP.

If they've changed the newer games that wouldn't matter to the US players as we are banned from those anyway, AND what is MGS going to to do, spill the beans that they changed the inner workings of older games to screw US (or any) players? I think not.

They can say what they want, but the outcome speaks for itself. Random doesn't exist and there appears to be no way to fight their constant mantra of a "run of bad luck". I guess I'd like to know at what point are they willing to admit it's NOT just a run of bad luck if ever.

I know what you mean...I had the same thing happen to me. I lost a crazy # of hands in BJ. It made me so angry. After trying to explain my situation with the casino supervisor, and getting no where. The next day I marched right down to my bank and did a chargeback. This was the first time in 10yrs I've ever done it. But I was getting screwd by this MG casino. And all they would say is We have our RNG inspected and its fair. They locked me out, but I got my deposit back. The hell with this crap. It's so clear that they are raking in as much as they can. Both US and Europe is on the verge of an economy collapse. It's a sinking ship out here. Every man for himself NOW!
