My Rival hell.

I just thought I would share my awful experiences with you guys regarding my complete and utter failure to make a cash out at ANY/ALL Rival casinos over the last year and 3 months now. This conversation that i had with CS demonstrates my frustration and anger over the whole situation.

I firstly will apologise over the grammar and spelling and my tendency to repeat my self on occasion. Its just I am raging right now.

Please tell me your opinion on this.

I am not siding with the casino but at least you could have told us something more eg how many deposits you made, the $ you roughly lost and most importantly how much you consider to be worthy of a cashout. This will let us know how poor a run you have had. Please also edit your email address.

I'm surprised with your speaking tone, lee_bumble. No matter you won or lost, this is not this guy's fault. At least you had to speak to him more politely IMO Treating him for your losses is nonsense.

And also please delete your email from the first post. No need to feed spammers.

As you can see by the chat I'm a regular and frequent Rival casinos pretty much every week. When tell you I have never made a cash out this is to say I haven't made a play through. When I deposit without bonus my money is snapped up in minutes. I don't consider myself as a high roller because my bet are sizes never raised over $£1.00. If a made a play through then I would cash straight away. I don't look for show me the money screenies just a nice cash would be nice.

Not once did I swear at the guy or did I blame him for my losses. Considering I've lost over 3 grand over the last year I feel I remained rather reserved dont you??

This is quite common, and sometimes it is YOURSELF you need to be angry about, not the casino. This often happens under 2 main scenarios.

1) Player cashes out, but is prone to reversing, dramatically increasing the chances of never actually receiving one.

2) Player fails to cash out, or part cash out, after an early winning surge, only to lose everything back later in the session.

What really matters is the overall RTP on PLAYTHROUGH, and how much playthrough has been done. Variance also plays a part, few big bets give wilder variance than many smaller bets. Many of the Rival slots are VERY high variance, something they have in common with 3Dice. These games are best played with much smaller bets than you might use on other softwares, and the big wins are less frequent, but often bigger relative to bet size. This makes it even MORE important to cash out, or part cash out, after such a big hit. The part cash out is an alternative to the reverse, but sadly the bonus structure of Rival does not properly support players making part cash outs, they have to meet WR and cash out EVERYTHING for the system to properly clear the bonus from the system after WR have been met.

Having a few different casinos to play at makes life easier. Rather than reversing a withdrawal, play at a different casino while waiting, this fulfills the desire to play, but does not require reversal of a withdrawal. In this way, you should see a few cashouts.

The other thing to do is try different softwares, ir even different casinos using the same software. Luck may change, and IF there is something "funny" going on at one casino, you will avoid it by going to another. Along with this change, you will lose the negative feelings due to feeling that you are getting "screwed on every deposit".

Forgive my ignorance, but what does that mean? I'm assuming nothing nice. I know you are upset, but I seriously doubt, no I know you are not the only person to have not cashed out in a year from a Rival as a regular depositor. It sucks, it does. However it may just be me, but why the horrific confrontational tone to the CS rep? Please understand, I am on your side as far as the terrible Rival play and all, but I'm a little put off by your conversation, and find it hard to join your plight. good Luck

thanks for the info. Your talking about part cashout, full cashouts and I havent even made a cashout. As for bet sizes I do keep them small. Im aware of Rivals high variance slots but not have not cashed out in over a year is just plain silly. RTG, Microgaming and even have been absolutly fine. Thank god too, they have made up for my horrendous losses at Rivals. Anyway bollocks to it you live and learn. Ive calmed down alot since the first post and am not seeing red, rather a rose tint now!

I'm pretty sure I've seen the same color of red. $400-$500 a month deposits at Slotocash and not one withdrawal in 15 months (last withdrawal was October of 2008). In January I stopped playing there. For me, it didn't make a difference if it was with or without a bonus there was NEVER a time for a cashout. The only thing we can remember is that the CS people are given a script to read and have NO control over anything...even though, there are times we would like to strangle someone

I logged back into the casino so I could appologise to Ray in CS and he said it was fine and its like water off a ducks back.

I was wondering if this had happened to anybody else on another platform such as RTG, Microgaming and such.

One of the main reason was the fact that I wasnt expecting it at all. I meen im not daft, I know bad runs happen but to this extent no.
