I DID NOT win a random jackpot at Inetbet

Mu user name at Inetbet is mick114. In the latest newsletter I'm listed as a random jackpot winner . I might have "triggered" a random jackpot on Bunko Bonanza BUT............I was playing with a FREECHIP...........max withdraw 50 bucks........I did not 'WIN" any money by triggering that random jackpot. I've emailed Inetbet twice and even PM'ed Emily the rep listed on Casinomeister and got NO RESPONSE. How can they list me as a winner? Surely they could see this was a free chip. Funny thing is I ran my balance up to a whopping 13 grand....ya unreal. They even took my comps points away after I ran the balance down to 48 bucks. So what's the story here?

The correct thing to do from iNetBet here is to put the money back on Bunko Bonanza.

The thing about use you in the commercial is a bit tricky. As you said, you triggered it but you did not win it.

Take a look at the table below for some of the recent big winners who have been playing our VP and Slot machines.

mick114 Bunko Bonanza Random Jackpot $2690
They use you in the commercials and call you a big winner with the amount of 2690$..
    Itīs not ok..

If they give you at least 500$ for using you in the commercial letter ítīs all fine I guess.

Well another odd thing......after I cashed out 48 bucks I went back a few days later and the random jp was a bit over the re-set at 1007........something like that amount as I forget the exact total. I don't think the "win" money was put back on Bunko.

It's now at $1038. If nobody had won the RJ after Mick then Inetbet is basically stealing from players who have contributed to the RJ. They have had enough time to re-instate the RJ.

I can understand them mistakingly listing Mick as a winner but not placing the $2600+ back into the RJ is rogue behaviour.

This is not looking good for iNetbet! Even the so called "reputable" casinos have sneaky little tricks they pull and it is just sad!

C'mon iNet...for real Get it together...

And they took your comps...that is just unreal...Wow! I am starting to dislike ALOT of online casinos!

And they even confiscated your comp points?
    How lame!
Or did you play games that were not allowed?
I know the last freebie was only for the newest releases.

But they should not put your name on the winners wall, the random was won by Inetbet..

What was the date of the win...or did I miss it in the thread? But you are absolutely 110% right Chuchu..that money needs to be reinstated ASAP. Inetbet has posted on this exact issue many times, that if a JP is ever won on a free chip...they return the jackpot to the game.

Has anyone PM'd the rep? I will if no one else has.

I watched Bunko for a few days after. All I know is the RJP stayed just above the re-set 1000 and I didn't see my "win" replaced on that slot. I could have cashed out after the trigger but decided to rack up some comps .I think the total after playing down the 13 grand was 435 ( not exact but it was around that number) .I figured they would remove the comps but wasn't 100% certain. With the free chip all gamed were allowed . I only played slots. I don't know why after I emailed support and also manager and pm'ed the rep here on the forum nobody got back to me. I wasn't even going to post this info but figured this should be open for discussion .

It should be open for discussion, if they haven't returned the jackpot. No question about it. And I'm very disappointed in them, that no one replied to your PM here at the forum.

I am going to send a PM as well now, and ask them to clarify this for us.
