I DID NOT win a random jackpot at Inetbet

Just for clarification, I did find a previous post made by Inetbet in re: non eligible jackpot wins. The only thing I had forgotten was that they have to make a request to RTG to return the funds. I always thought it was something they could do themselves, but I guess not. What was the date of your (non) win Mick?

As we do with any Jackpot where a player is not eligible for payout the funds were added back to the game. As mentioned in previous threads on this topic we have to instruct RTG to do this for us. So it would not have been instantaneous. I have checked and the current balance does reflect the Jackpot being added back.

Hey Pina...........Not sure how to check the exact date but it was around march 2 . I had a discussion on another forum about this deal and I see my post was March 2. I will say end of Feb first part of March 2010.

Inetbet and its email only support is just a load of crap. After all these years I cannot understand it. I know that recently the accredited casino list was updated so that casinos had to have their own in house support. How about at least TWO methods of contact? And not counting forum reps.....as customers SHOULDN'T have to rely on this method.

We can safely assume that Inet likes to hide behind their email only support until they can fumble for a reply.

RTG has had plenty of time to put the RJ money back in the pool imo, its unlike the promo guys not to respond to a thread concerning this issue and i agree they should not have not included your name or RJ in the winners section...............laurie

I watched Bunko for a few days after. All I know is the RJP stayed just above the re-set 1000 and I didn't see my "win" replaced on that slot. I could have cashed out after the trigger but decided to rack up some comps .I think the total after playing down the 13 grand was 435 ( not exact but it was around that number) . I figured they would remove the comps but wasn't 100% certain. With the free chip all gamed were allowed . I only played slots. I don't know why after I emailed support and also manager and pm'ed the rep here on the forum nobody got back to me. I wasn't even going to post this info but figured this should be open for discussion .

I feel they should also give you back your comps. The same way they swiftly posted the UNTRUE jackpot win and took your comps, they should of SWIFTLY put the RJ back. That nonsense about RTG having to put it back and even so, it should be a click of a button! I hope they do the right thing!

Not only should you reinstate the RJ immediately, but you should answer player PMs!! Given there is no live chat or phone contact, someone should be monitoring and responding to messages here at CM every day.

Geez....whats going on with this place lately? I would wager that 6 months ago we wouldnt even be having these conversations.

If Inetbet are not going to replace the money, it says 'desperation' to me and probably shows that things arent all wine and roses behind the scenes.

As for advertising someone winning a jackpot that the casino never paid - well thats another thing I wouldnt have expected from Inet in the past, but sadly, nothing surprises me any more.
