    All Slots no response to email

    I was playing a tourney at All Slots, was doing really well too - I was in 5th with 2 minutes left on the clock. Then guess what? Disconnected...sat there watching the reels spin while my time ticked down to nothing. I fired off a pissed off email to them and guess what the response was? Zip. Nada. Not even a mail saying they'd received my mail or blaming my connection or saying "oh sorry about that, maybe if you buy in you'll do better." They do have a phone number but what's the frigging point. arrrgh.

    I think they are just getting overflowed with complaints.
    It happens to me all the time, I gave up on their tourneys completely now.
    ALWAYS when you have a good start you get booted, or you get the forever spinning reels.
    3 weeks ago I was playing the Treasure Quest, same thing happened.
    Free spins on my 2nd spin, retriggered, retriggered again and after the 30 free spins finished I was close to the top-10.
    2 spins later the reels kept spinning forever.
    Promised myself that was the last tourney I played there.

    Microgaming know damn wel there are problems, but they are too busy designing 4 new crapgames each month.
