    Cuba Club withdrawals

    Hello Dear Casino Meister Members.

    I just have a question. Is there more people that have very late withdrawals at Cuba Club Casino?

    Withdrawal request: 5/2
    Withdrawal approved: 8/2
    Money will reach my Neteller account: 28/2

    Several disussions with the live chat. Everytime they say " wait a couple of days more"

    Today I got an e-mail stated that "it will take 10 business days to complete".
    That is 28 days after approval. For me, it is the longest time I have waited ever for a withdrawal.

    I am pretty shure that Cuba Club is run by the same clowns as Lucky Slots Casino. Yes, it takes forever to get paid.. They have\used to have some good bonuses, but it is not worth it when you have to wait over a month to get paid. I think you will get paid in the end though.

    I have never deposited here, but received a free $10 birthday bonus. I made the WR and cashed out the max $75. Requested cashout on Jan 27th and was in my QT on Feb 8th. Given what other posters said I was expecting longer....so yeah I think you will get paid but you really need to keep on them. I sent them about 6 emails to make sure things kept going along.

    What I didn't like is that you couldn't even execute a cashout until they approved your docs....which took 3 business days....so the money just sat in my account until then.

    Mine was approved 10/2, Lucky Slots, though ( but the same ). Letīs see who gets the money first. Iīll post when it does. Hope you do the same.

    RTG ONLINE CASINOS REMAIN OFFLINE (Update)

    Cuba Club and Lucky Slots have now been unavailable for a week

    One week on from the first player notifications that they had gone offline, RTG-powered internet casinos Cuba Club and Lucky Slots remain unavailable, displaying the same message: "We are in the process of relocating our servers and we have run in an unforeseen technical issue. Please be patient. We will be back up within the next 24-48 hours."

    Following player reports of slow-pays it is perhaps not surprising that these casinos and their future continue to cause concern among players - especially those with money tied up in player accounts.

    In addition to operations on hold, there has been no Support, emails have gone unanswered and voicemails are ignored, according to a growing number of player reports on the message boards, and the experience of InfoPowa reporters who have tried to contact Management for their side of the story.

    We issued a warning about both of these casinos @ thegamblinggurus on April 11th as well Jet. There has also been no response to affiliate emails either.
