    more sloppy support... *yawnnnnsssss*

4th time in a row and 4th major problem.......

new year was the quitting time for me but i cam back into it and after taking up a no deposit bonus at a certain casino i decided to become a depositor...

$100 lost, of my own cash after... but then got it to $122, decided to cut my losses and withdraw... no option to withdraw via the card i deposited with... so i try moneybookers.... nope.... nada... says i cant withdraw to any method i havent used to deposit.... so ok.... i get in touch with live support....

Live support staff 1: Hello. How may I assist you?
Me: hello, i'm just wondering how i can withdraw money... i deposited on my visa card, now have $122.44 i would like to withdraw, however none of the withdraw methds shown work because it says i must withdraw to a method i have used to deposit
Live Support 2: The bonus is now in your account. Please enjoy your stay at 21GrandCasino!
    Me: ehhh?
    *10 mins later*
    Me: ???
    *10 mins later*
Me: are you even going to assist me?

a very confused me waits... and waits... and waits some more... and more... and a bit more.... no reply...

    pathetic service,

edit: oh and iv carried on playing...what a suprise its "fixed" i sure that word because it is....

    played blackjack:

    1: dealer BJ
    2: dealer BJ
    3: Me BJ, Dealer BJ
    4: dealer BJ
    5: Dealer BJ

honestly that was the exact cards that were dealt... very strange...

and guess what? all money gone.... so now especially since that i'll be happy to name and shame the casino... it was the new "21 grand casino"

im sick and fuckin tired of this.... time and time again... ripped off... the last 4 casinos iv played at have done something intentional to try and scam me out of my hard earnt wages...

anyways thats all i have to say on this matter, i really feel like a complete idiot with gambling again, what was £1000 profit has turned into -£70 in the bank and about £60 bank charges...

clearly if that isnt being robbed blind then i dont know what is... and iv had enough now full stop...

in the past 12 months alone i have lost more than £3000 of my hard earnt cash due to gambling (considering my yearly wage is bare £5000 thats a fair chunk), with only 2 withdraws made in all that time (1 for barely £100 and the other for ther recent £1000 profit) and countless times i have made a withdraw but due to stalling, bad support or errors on a casinos behalf i have ended up losing it all

im sick of giving my money to casinos, for me its no longer a gamble playing the games its a gamble trying to get any trace of winnings paid to me... because i have in all fairness been robbed blind. What happens if a worker in a shop is underpaid for the hours theyve done??? of course they tell the shop, the shop investigates and eventually that person will get their proper wage.. casinos though have no morals, no "the customer is always right" procedure and no remorse for their actions. Its disgusting how theyre happy to take take take... but when it comes to paying out its completely different (like this situation where support staff ignored me when i wanted to cashout, or times before when they have delayed payment for so long in the hope i reverse the withdraw and lose the lot)....the only difference with it is they know theres nothing you can do...

the only thing i can do now is not give any casino anymore of my money... this now is a complete final straw,

This is the former Gold Rock casino. All the deposit/withdrawal methods that Rival casinos use should be there. So if you just deposit $25 using an e-wallet you can withdraw using the same method.

Nevertheless, glad you are saying it's the final straw. Find other hobbies and never look back again.

yea thats it really, better things to waste my cash on... still quite fuming about it... the way it was like "i want to cashout now" and instead of helping me they mix me up with someone else and then purely ignore me

    3Dice lovers close your eyes.....

I said before in a different thread there is WAY too much going on at 3Dice and the payouts are showing it. By WAY too much, I mean the jackpot thing that after almost $2,000 (since January 1) never got to see it spin, and one time I played almost all day this new contest/the nd bonus we all got recently/Christmas/etc...Oh by the way, my Christmas bonus was LESS than a tourny I did for everyone.

There is a change big time there, I showed support 3 pages of my deposits (equaling about $1,700 since January 1) and received a small nd bonus which was sucked up faster than a Hoover can suck.

I got a $20 comp for being Silver the other day with a 5x playthrough, why is there a playthrough on that? I earned my Silver status.

But hey, I can look forward to my BIG 30 bucks I might get on this spin contest they have....wooohooooo.

RTG...$50 gone with no bonus rounds at 2 different casinos....it's just sick.

This has what to do with horrible CSR's and the like?
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

    lmao winbig... true

im hoping my post has detered many many potential depositors from playing at gold rock/21 grand casino....

im still pretty annoyed by it... surely isnt a coincidence that as soon as i ask about cashing out they got quiet and ignore me... then i have a few more games and dealer hits BJ 5 times in a row which takes all my balance... i have seen some very "fixed" looking outcomes from playing over time but at least they had a 1 in 100,000,000 chance of happening....

I was responding to parts of the OP comments, not the customer service part, because no one can deny 3Dice CS is the BEST. I guess I'm just fuming too.

This all stems from the culture of the ND offer. Many players are lured into taking them, with the casino knowing full well many players will not properly check them out first.

I do sympathise with the OP in that once a withdrawal has been requested, it is obvious that player wants to withdraw his money, and not give it back to the casino in a moment of weakness.

Yes the player should play a major part in responsible gambling, but the onus is also on the casino to ensure that a withdrawal attempt comes to fruition.

The OP most likely had he of got the withdrawal, would have gone on to lose it elsewhere another day. If gambling losses are mounting up such as in your case Sparkz, then a break would do you the world of good. As long as you remember to not stick your nose in a beehive and hunt down so called freebies!
