The following post regards some of the questions being submitted on this forum:
Raphael from jackpots heaven: My personal opinion is that I am being paid to answer (useless/ridiculous) questions but this involves just me but I have the OK from my boss so I proceed as follow.

    Quote:
1 - Question #1 being asked in this forum:
“I have never heard any Lotteries & Gaming Authority in Costa Rica”

    Answer:
    For your information:
    http://www.casinoman.net/reviews/gam...costa-rica.asp

Costa Rica is considered one of the most popular gaming jurisdictions in the world. With over 300 gambling websites registered with the country, they're among the leaders and often considered the center of internet gambling. Although, with their many registered gaming sites, Costa Rica doesn't have legislation dealing specifically with online gambling. The Costa Rican government takes the stance that having outside countries registered for a license can bet and participate in gambling legally, but for Costa Rica citizens, it is illegal to gamble....

2 - Question #2 beign asked in this forum:
I don't think you can even GET one from Costa Rica, have you tried Panama? Perhaps Kahnawake will take you on. You read the site many times, yet STILL failed to notice that you quoted a non-existant licencing authority - we can forgive you not noticing the number was wrong, but NOT the authority.

    Answer:
JHEAVEN TECHNOLOGIES (a company licensed in Costa Rica to provide gaming services under Letter of Intent No. 3-101-513216, issued on the 3 May 2007. (Check questions #3 for more info)

3- Question #3 being asked in this forum:
I personally wanted to mention one of you rude conversation with
our live support agent who had to deal with it because of this forum thread.

    Quote:
Support: You can check out the casino with free 10 Euros
    you: €10 is nothing
Support: It is just for you to try the casino
    you: €10 is nothing
you: It wont make me deposit $2k
you: shame you cant give any more information

Answer: You are free to ask me any questions you may have as I had mentioned earlier but if you think that you can talk to our chat rep like that, we don’t accept it and you are the only person who should be ashamed.

4- Question #4 being asked in this forum:
Thats the best post I have seen in years! Support staff are not trained for queries like that? What are they trained for? I didnt ask license numbers, I didnt ask an address, I asked if you are affiliated, if the answer was "I dont know" I may have had a doubt, however the support answered "yes". They are trained for these questions, and the training they were given, was to answer "yes" to my question. Also, I really dont advise you to disclose the "unique" software provider, especially if it has not been checked for randomness or similar. Microgaming, Rival, boss media, RTG, netentertainment, chartwell etc are having a difficult time, as no one wants to use software that everyone else uses.

Answer: YES, our livehelp agents are not trained to provide affiliate support so they don’t know whether we are affiliated with a site or not. Regarding our software provider, I sadly once again see that the goal of this thread is not to reveal the truth but instead to have fun.

5 – Question #5 begin asked in this forum:
There's many red flags that your casino raises, such as blatantly stolen website content, bonuses that sound way too good to be true, etc.

    Answer:
We pay freelancers to make a work so we trust them, then we check if the English is correct and we put it online.

It looks like some guys on this forum have additional time, if you could also check our others pages, if would be appreciated

Bloody hell - what a piece of work you are!!

I havent seen ONE question that isnt pertinent to a player who is considering risking their money at your casino....with the emphasis on the word 'RISK'.

I mean, if you cant even be arsed to write your own web content then why would anyone think you would care about your customers???

We have an expression for people like you over here - its called 'having a few kangaroos loose in the top paddock'.

FYI that member in chat was not rude - he just wanted a simple answer to a simple question. If your staff cant manage that then maybe you should consider training them....but Im figuring you couldnt be arsed to do that either.

Content thieves are just that - thieves - and nobody with a brain would give their money to a thief.

We pay freelancers to make a work so we trust them, then we check if the English is correct and we put it online.

    Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

If one of your "freelancers" were to put on your site that you were giving away a 10000% bonus with a 1x rollover and no max cash out, you would allow it to go live? As long as their English was correct?

That's no more of a lie than your casino saying that you're licensed by the LGA (which isn't in CR, btw).

So, again, prove to us that your RNG is indeed audited by a 3rd party and considered both fair and random. It has been proven that the wording was stolen from another respected site, word for word. Just because it's up there doesn't mean it's true.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

The first sign of rougness is not answering the questions asked. Not only that, you create your own questions, and dont even answer them. Get your boss on his toes here. If I was your boss, and saw you write "well I am being paid for it", I think you would be out the back door within about 3 seconds. The only problem is, you and your boss are one person!

No one said there is no licensing there, and you still havent answered where the LGA is in costa rica. They are just a "license". LGA is a name of a licensing body

Again no one asked that, no one even asked why you dont get a Panama license, and you didnt even answer the question in front of your nose. See firs response. Also, where is that letter? Must have gone to the UK address, and still in transit

Q.3 I am actually quite proud of the chat. You screwed up, and thats what I wanted.

Q.4 I dodnt ask any affiliate question, the question was are you "affiliated with casino riva". I think you need a dictionary, or some help

Ya right. However, I also see one symbol that is similar to MG's (cant remember the slot but it had the word 'bush' in it)

Frankly, Jackpotsheaven is wasting his time in trying to cover one excuse after the other.

I have to admit though, I do like the purple punk helmet look. Maybe RTG could Mark this act of theft by having a do-over on there own helmet of the colour purple, for the month. O wait there, there not 3Dice..O well, down to the stream I go......

At least they haven't done things by half measures...they've managed to rip-off material from multiple providers!
    Very intelligent.

Tally Ho. Let the hunt begin.

Things are going from bad to WORSE for Jackpots Heaven.

    This is BLATANT THEFT.

THEY are preaching about "protecting intellectual property" in their justification for refusing to reveal the software provider, yet it seems many of their games have been STOLEN from a mix of the main software suppliers. Crude attempts have been made to mask this, but players familiar with the ORIGINAL games have spotted this quickly.

    There is also this:-

Costa Rica is considered one of the most popular gaming jurisdictions in the world. With over 300 gambling websites registered with the country, they're among the leaders and often considered the center of internet gambling. Although, with their many registered gaming sites, Costa Rica doesn't have legislation dealing specifically with online gambling. The Costa Rican government takes the stance that having outside countries registered for a license can bet and participate in gambling legally, but for Costa Rica citizens, it is illegal to gamble....
Costa Rica do not REGULATE online gambling, the "licence" is simply a permission to RUN A BUSINESS there, and all you have to do is pony up the fee, and hire enough local workers, and they will happily give you a license. Even the MAFIA can get an "online gambling license" from Costa Rica.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO PLAYER PROTECTION with a Costa Rica license, and this is KEY to gaining the trust of the player community.

Add to this the secrecy surrounding the software, and the fact that this software turns out to consist mainly of games ripped-off from other vendors, there can be NO player trust in this outfit, even though there ARE likely to be players who are winning and getting paid.

Maybe we should invite the top brass of MGS and RTG to give their respective opinions on Big Kahuna and Caesar's Magic Empire.
Hell, invite the CEO of Playtech, I'm sure we can find something for him too

I am sure that a bunch of you are working for other casino software providers, that's why you critic our casino that much. Keep up the good work, continue to blame new casinos and jurisdictions like Costa Rica. Raphael.
