    GoWild's bumblings when opt-out is requested

    We all know how 'wonderful' the new MGS software is, although when I use Nedplay or 32Red I don't seem to have any issues.

    GoWild is a completely different story.

    First of all,I get many emails inviting me to play their 'special freerolls', yet every time I attempted to register, I would get the error 'this tournament is by invitation only'.

    Then they 'downgrade' to the new software and every possible problem starts occurring.

    I open live chat to ask about this and the 'special freeroll' errors, and their live chat has the gall to blame me and my computer for all the errors, so I advise them that they have lost this customer and then I proceed to delete the software and unsubscribe from their emails.

    Instead of obeying this request, they continue to send me emails for another week, including one today, which was then immediately followed by a personal email from them:

    Hi Roanan,

    We have received your request to remove you from our mailing list

    The GoWild support team would like to remind you that in this case you will not be able to receive our great promotions, generous bonuses and free spins.

    You are very important to us and we want to be able to communicate with you,

    However, if this is your decision, kindly send us confirmation by replying to this e-mail. Your choice will be respected

    Additionally, we will appreciate every suggestion regarding anything we can do to make your gaming experience even better than it has been

    Should you have any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly 24/7 online support, and send all your remarks and suggestions to support@gowildcasino.com

    So instead of allowing me to opt out easily, they try to hard sell me and make me write them an email just to get them to do what the law says they had to the FIRST TIME I chose to unsubscribe.

    Obviously GoWild is too ignorant to obey my requests, and is STILL spamming me.

    I guess it's time for an eCogra complaint.

    Wait a minute. They are sending you promos in which you cant participate and yet they ask you if you`re certain about removing yourself from their mailing list. LOL

    I don`t know, they don`t bother me with nonsense emails. I get emails from them only if I have logged in the day before and emails stop after 2nd or 3rd day afterwards.
