3Dice Roulette Problem

Ok i have come up with and interesting problem over the holidays i was playing roulette on 3dice i placed my bet and hit spin the game crashed and i cannot finish the game it got stuck in sort of loop and would not let me finish and keeps saying i have an unfinished game.

I tried all of annas tips and tried restarting casino etc but to no avail so they have parked it so i could play the other games and the techs will look into it on monday.

I played the new slots after this and i have decided that one of them is "DUE" and would rather have my bet that i placed on roulette returned and go and play the slot seeing as it is unfinished i do not see the problem with this.

I have asked them to return the bet but they have said that they cannot do this untill they speak to the techs and they will try and let me finish my roulette game.

I do not wish to play my roulette spin and would rather play slots what is my position here must i finish the spin as i didnt get to play it when i wanted i do not feel i should have to do this what is other views.

From the point you placed your bet and pressed 'spin', you accepted to risk your money on Roulette. The error happened after that, so I think the casino have the right to ask to finish your game on that spin. In case the error happens before you press the 'spin' button you may ask to have your bet returned. But as you describet the error happened after pressing the 'spin' button.

I am not 100% certain it happened after i clicked spin as the game crashed the casino has said they cannot see the result of the spin so that seems to me it hasnt been played.
I accepted to play the game at that point not 3 days later it is a software fault so i should not have to accept it im pretty sure they have a term malfunction voids all play therefore my bet should be returned

I have been a member of 3dice for a long time now and i know the support is excellent but this is an interesting situation that i would like others views on before enzo and the techs decide what should happen.

Once you click Spin, you recognize that the bet is placed - you can't immediately 'have it back'. If Enzo cannot get the spin to occur correctly, then you are entitled to a refund. Just saying, don't think you can automatically get your $$ back if the spin can in fact be completed.

It wont be immediately back it will have been three days later if i get it back at all i just feel i would now be better chasing my loss on the slot as i feel its "DUE" a feature.

It seems you have become very anxious in getting your money back for some odd reason to play slots...Did you actually see the ball land and then freeze and you didn't like what you saw? Too many unknowns here for someone so anxious to go play slots on chump change, so it must have been a pretty big bet , yes?
