    Villento - Missing new games!

Hello, Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this with Villento (or any other casino software) -

A few days ago Villento released their Multi Player Wheel of Wealth, which is displayed on the front screen of my software, I tried several times to download this game, contacted customer support, they asked me to delete the MUPDB files (?) - they sent instructions (I followed). Still the game never would load. I contacted them again, a few days later, they said the game is only available to non US players. Ohhhhkay.

So today they released a few new slots (Scrooge, etc), and are nowhere to be found on my software. I contacted them once again, they sent me instructions to uninstall, dump all cookies, history, and reinstall. The games appeared one I reinstalled, but once again wouldn't load like Wheel of Wealth. So I closed down, rebooted, pulled up the casino again, and now they are completely missing.....are these people messing with me, or what?!

    Multi Player Wheel of Wealth
USA players cannot play this game or any multi player game at this time.

Go Wild sent an email about the new games. I have gone into chat twice as they are not showing up for me. I told the rep what is being said here regarding US players and she said to give her a sec to check with management. Upon her return she said she was told it was simply a "load issue" and that they should be there in due course. We shall see.

None of which makes the least bit of sense. I don't doubt your word. I know you have your sources.

If they (MG) don't want us on their software at all, fine. Lock us all out. But this no 'new' games crap is just that -- crap. What difference does it make whether I play Scrooge (which, btw, none of the new games are showing up for me this week either) or Avalon? We all know the primary difference is the pretty little pictures. Money goes to the same place.

And why does CS seem to have NO clue as to what's up?? Seems someone should tell them so they can inform players who email or phone them trying to figure out what's up?!?

How idiotic can you get .... My patience with this industry and my bullsh*t tollerance have just about maxed out.

I was told the same thing by Crazy Vegas. MG is sending updates first then the upgrades of the new games to be loaded behind that. It will take a few days. Hopefully they will be right.

    Hey Mousey!
From all the info im getting, it would seem like MG is not going to allow players from the US to play "Regular New Games". It seems like they are trying to force US player out completly. Someone said that it's NOT MG's fault, and that there just following US LAW(internet illegal gambling act).

If this is true, then back in NOV of 2008, or was it 2007? MG should have CLOSED ALL US accounts. So YES it is MG's fault for this situation.

I have always liked the fatc that new games are released every month, and I always make more deposits at that time to try them out...EXCITING!!!

As You may know, Operators PAY for new games every month if they want them. Im sure there are 100's of thousands of us from the US that were "Grand Fathered In" back in that NOV, and Im pretty sure that most of them like Me, also deposit more just after new game releases.

If the Operators all banded together, and refused the new games, MG might re-think it's position.... But then again I have had contact with them and they are not very friendly, and Im pretty sure that they dont care because it WON'T effect MG's BOTTOMLINE. So like You said before, Let the US have UNLIMITED ACCESS TO MG CASINOS, OR CLOSE ALL USA ACCOUNTS!

sorry for rambling on, but this issue has got Me HOT!

I am thinking since they have multi player games installing with the new games, that they have to install something to keep them from USA players since we caanot play the multiplayer ones. Just guessing, but that is the only thing that woul dmake sense in the delay and since 3 othe MG casino reps have said this now.
