I always send in my docs before i start playing in every rival casino and this was never any problem and i've never gotten any email from any rival caisno, that my docs are approved or not, so i think, all was fine.

Yes, as i said before, but even Slotocash have this in their Cashier written, so i think, that's a standard term from Rival Software, but when this extra rule is written on their homepage, i must certainly think, that this is true and not what the standard cashier term says, because thenn i must also wait 5 days on slotocash and all another rivals out there

Royal Apollo is also brandnew and paid out within 2 days, but the main thing here is, that the chat support told me always only these standard sentence, although i could show here, that this is not the truth and that i play in very much rival casinos, which cashout much faster, than these 5 days, but i had the feeling, that she didn't believe me and wanted to tell me, that it is not so and i'm a dreamer *lol*
Btw. at Simon Says the chat support could even not tell me, how many points i earn for slots playing and on which VIP level i am, because they have no insight to this *lol*
Why can't have every rival casino their own chat support, which have at least a clue of what they're doing?
