Rival Support and their incompetence!

Ok, i've received now at least my $380 withdrawal from mayan fortune, so it was 3 working days (5 days with the weekend) which is certainly not so bad, but when they write on their side, that it takes a maximum of 2 working days, then i should can expected this, or not?

However, now only 3 another cashouts left, so let's wait, how long this take

I got mine today from Paradise...8th day (includes weekend)

Waiting on another one from Sloto..made on Friday...2nd day without weekend...

Sloto?!

I think you should contact support then, they always pay within hours, not days.
They also process during weekends, my last cashout was on a sunday, got paid within 6 hours.

I had cashed out from Mayan on a friday night, submitted my docs they requested Monday morning. Had my cashout Monday afternoon. The next weekend cashed out again, had my payment Monday morning as well. I think they just like Monday's I'm guessing, but I've always found them to be reliable on paying. Just a matter of being patient with them. They do pay within the 5 business days just gotta have patience with these folks. I know for one that Mayan does use the central support system from Rival vs there own. So they do seem to not know what's totally going on with each individual casinos accounting department, but I dunno at least the payout time frame isn't horrible there. I mean there have been worse that take weeks or months to payout. To me the small wait is worth it in the end. Plus I kind of like the deposit bonuses.

Now I find that interesting because that was the only reason I went back to them to play, reading how fast they paid..I guess they are taking a page out of Paradise's book too!

I would like to say that Paradise8 customer rep Julia, is really a great girl...she has always emailed me on what is happening and has been very kind in free chips...she was the only reason for going back to Paradise8 (except for believing on fast payouts as they promised...NOT!)..

That's unacceptable and btw. i got today a super special 100% bonus (minimum deposit is 35) with a 25x WR, bonus is non-cashable and with a 5x max cashout the bonus *lol*

So, today i should get my withdrawals from 3 rival casinos so i hope they do that on their on terms!

Btw. after having so much luck on different casinos, this week is the opposite, even on slotocash, because i've deposited now $40, played with 20 cent bets and could only wager $60 of that and this is really very bad!
So what's this for a payout% 10% or even less? *lol*

Asked the support, when i can hope to get my withdrawal today and got the following answer: "I can see that today is the fifth business day should you not get paid at the end of this day then please contact us tomorrow so we can request a follow up on your payment to the accounting department. depending on banks and processors that is why we advice to contact us back on the sixth day if nothing is received "

Not really very hopefully for me, or am i paranoid?

As a VIP at Simon Says i expect at least that i got my withdrawal LATEST within these 5 days, when not even earlier, but when i must run around only because of their time wasting, then it's definetly not fair!

Ok, but let's wait, because it's not the end of the 5th busines day.

I was now so dumb and played this silly 20 ND bonus with this 100x WR (2000 playthrough)

You earn for every wagered credit 1 comp point, so i had now even about 4,000 comp points earnd, after playing some hours, but have still not met my WR of only 2000, although i've must met this palythrough now at least 2 times, so i asked the chat support, which gaved me always useless answer and he even didn't read my question, because i've asked him 3 times, how it could be, that i've now earnd 4000 comp points from my ND bonus and have not met the WR of only(?) 2000, he told me only, that i have to wager 615 left and you got not any comp points normally on a ND bonus, but i can cashout �1 per 1000 comp points earnd.

What have this to do with my question?

i asked him really 3 times and told him always again, that i've even earnd comp points, like i said at the beginning from my sentence, so after earning 4000 comp points on slots playing, i should now also have wagered 4000 on slots, because i've played now even about some hours with 20, 40 and then 80 cent bets, so it MUST be fulfilled a long time, even with this �2000.- playthrough!

He told me only "on a ND bonus you get no comp points and you have left to wager 615"

Am i silly, or what's there wrong!?

Edit: Ok, at least i could fulfill the rest of these 615 WR after an half hour playing �1,20.- spins!
