I thought Ladbrokes is a good casino?

I've seen so often, that KasinoKing wrote about Ladbrokes and that he win so often on it, so i tried it out and could make from my €20.- deposit (without any bonus and i've wagered my deposit at least 2 times) a balance of 40.- which was okay for me, so i wanted to cashout back to my moneybookers account, but now i got this message "We are unable to authorise withdrawals from your account at this time."
I was gone to the live chat, but hey can't help me, because my account is blocked, although this can't be, because i could make without any problems a deposit and could also play on the slots, so where is here the problem please?

I've never experienced this in any casino, but i play really in very much casinos!

Why don't you try and contact the Ladbrokes reps on this forum I'm sure they will be willing to help: ruairi08 or nataliec

I personally wouldn't worry about it, probably just a small issue that will be corrected.

Thanks Nicolas, i'm glad that now all went fine, because this is probably their standard procedure, although i had never this experience in another casinos and the chat support couldn't tell me anything, so i thought, that they would only do some time wasting, because telling me, that my account is blocked (although this was never happen) makes me really confused

Now i buy some patience and at the next time i contact the emailsupport first, before i make a new thread

This is a German problem, not usually a problem with UK bookmakers, but special to Ladbrokes.

- We are unable to open accounts, or process bets or financial transactions, for individuals resident in Germany, Italy, Turkey or the USA.

- We accept only horse racing, greyhound racing, casino and poker bets – but not lotto, Balls, or bets on other Games, from those resident in the Netherlands.

nb. looking at their site, there are inconsistencies about the list of restricted territories on the games or casino section, but I know it has been a long standing issue, maybe Casinomeister can clarify.

Well, the OP lists his location as Salzburg which is in Austria, so it should not be the problem in his case.

I am from Germany, and I´ve got an account with Ladbrokes for about a month now! I have not had problems signing up or anything!
I haven´t made a withdrawal yet, so I can´t tell if it works, but it would be fraudulent to not pay me, but let me deposit, and I don´t believe Ladbrokes would do that!

But you can also look now at your withdrawal page and if there is the same written, like in my account was at the beginning, then you're also not eligible for withdrawals at this time, so you must send them an email for future withdrawals, then they will promptly change this for you

i don´t have anything like that on my banking page under withdrawals! Everything looks normal!
