Caribbean Gold changed rules of Black Jack

If you play Black Jack in this casino, and you double, this next card to come is sometimes given to the you and somrtimes giveen to the dealer.
And if you try out a more often, you see that all the times when the dealer wouldn't like the card, you get it. If the card is good for the dealer, he gets it.

You can try out this in playmode.

I made some videos of that. Showing that you sometimes get the card, sometimes the dealer.

The casino should at least tell me why it comes to this behavior. But they refuse to answer my mails or chat questions.

EDIT: I recorded some more hand: Now I even had a hand where, after a double, the dealer took 2 cards, then I got one, then the dealer took his last card !!

A software problem with an English Harbour casino? I'll never believe it.

Have you got the videos? Can you post them on youtube?

    yikes.

Your ten going to the dealer in the second video when you doubled down 11 is bad....

Probably some special 'bonus game' - I wouldn't worry too much.

    Some special bonus game ??

This is the standard Black Jack game in Caribbean Gold Casino.

I played this in fun mode to record some doubles.

At least the casino has to change the rules section of the game. Because the games behaves against those rules (and the normal BJ rules you see everywhere else).

As I understand this is fun mode?

Was fun bet returned to balance?

Basically in real mode malfunction voids all plays and pays, right?

Anyway, looks(and feels) like a nightmare dream

Maybe this is yet another VT "special"?

Their "Caribbean Stud Poker GAME" emabarrassed me some time ago

Even if dealer was very cute I'd think twice before giving her my 10 to 11 when doubled

Sorry, in-joke, a couple of years ago they made their Video Poker double routine so that the ratio of losses to wins was something like 2:1 rather than a fair double. Their eventual explanation, after initially denying anything was even wrong, was that they were writing a 'bonus game' (the world's first bonus game for video poker double up, no less) and accidentally put the code into production.

Have you asked them their explanation for this particular 'malfunction'?
