That video is amazing. I've played heaps of the new VT Blackjack (with the new graphics) and haven't seen anything like that first hand in your 2nd vid.

How did you make those screenshot videos, by the way? Is it easy to do? I'll try and record some sessions next time I play VT BJ.

    Hello Poser,

Could you please send an email to support@caribbeangold.com to the attention of the Casino Manager. We would like to review your account play history and version of casino you’re using.

JHV said it correctly; we just released our newly improved graphics to our table games about a week ago to all the casino brands. There was a minor graphical display error that created the confusion at the time Poser played the casino. This has since been resolved and no longer exists.

I assure you we are continuously working to provide our players an excellent experience none like any other.

    Sincerely,

    EHcasino Team

    Hi,

I already sent many mails to that address. Everytime they said it must be my computer speed or so, even after I said I asked a friend to try it, he had the same exp. And, I heard some other EH-Group casinos now use the same "new" soft.

But today they eventually said: "Yes you were right, that was a bug".

They said it has been fixed now. Good. It really looked so bad. If they weren't accredited here...

What I found bad was, that they didn't believe it, even after I provided the video ( one week ago). The first chat agent even just closed the chat, because he thought I wanted to argue for getting money back or so?? I dont know.

BTW: Thats just "Freez Screen Video Capture". A free tool. - absolutly easy. Of cos, you should convert the video after finishing..SIZE does matter.
