PayPal problem - Deposit made but never received

I was wondering if anyone has had similar difficulties with paypal. A few times when I've made a deposit in a certain MG casino, the payment window goes blank after payment and nothing happens after that. However the money does leave my paypal balance but I've never received it in my casino balance.

Usually it has been enough to contact the support to get the money back, but after my last deposit they claim I haven't made a deposit, even though paypal says I have. I'm not accusing anybody yet, just asking around what could be the problem and how to solve it. I'm still waiting a reply from the casino, nothing yet though, except "You haven't made a payment".

What should I do if they insist I haven't paid? Making a chargeback would probably get me blacklisted so I don't think that's very wise at least. But if they haven't received my payment, there shouldn't be anything I could chargeback, right?

You could try Ladbrokes (MG) and Bet365 (Playtech), they both show Paypal as a deposit option. Probably not for North America tho....

I did notice your location when I posted (lucky you!) I just added that "North America" thing for whoever else may read it.

EDIT: OOPS sorry I screwed up in my last post I meant to say BetFRED not Bet365 - although maybe Bet365 does Paypal too, I'm not sure. BetFRED does for sure tho! Sorry 'bout that.

Tried to use paypal at Ladbrokes, but not allowed for players from Netherlands.

For the OP, Cindy is right, you have to mail a screenie of the transaction to the casino.
I've had something similar once with Ideal, the money is now at Envoy or Global Collect or whatever processor Paypal uses.
It may take a few days, but your cash will arrive at the casino, no worries.
