Suggestion: What to do When They TREAT you Like Dirt?

I have had it up to here with the treatment I am receiving from one casino.

I read another person's treatment by another casino...

I know - over the last decade - that I have been an exemplary player at many casinos.

It wasn't until THIS YEAR that I have had ANY problems that were big enough to complain about. Two of Three of the problems - I cannot claim fault. I can say that I got put in a position on BOTH of them that was unfair - and rather callous.

    I'm starting to think:

    1. The Casinos do NOT give one red cent about you.
    2. They ONLY care about your deposits
    3. The Banks are starting to catch on to Online Gambling
    4. The Casinos are using ulterior means to batch process cards (IE, computer purchase, entertainment, purchases... etc.)
    5. Things aren't so swanky cool any more
    6. This is getting ridiculous

I'm really disappointed in the Online Casino Industry as of late.

I always thought people who complained were sort of in the wrong... Yanno?

Like maybe they had something to do with their issues.

And in the last 2 months I've learned - you could be sitting pretty - never having screwed up - and a LOT can come tumbling down in your lap.

And you know you didn't start the stuff that created the issue.

(My example: My local bank account was locked - supposedly to be reopened in 45 business days - because they were investigating online EWallet charges ---- GAMBLING Charges, mind you... I'm still waiting for them to reopen the freaking account. They will - and I'm not in any trouble - just WTF? Give me my freaking money back NOW dangit!!! I admitted that yeah - they were Gambling charges... so what is taking so long? It is a LOT of money in my account under 100K - but more than 25K. - so what the heck? Are they using my money for something else? Like Interest? I started another Bank Account - but still - that's MY money in the other one. Phone calls to the Bank - They are only following "procedure". This puts a crimp on my gambling budget (Like I have none currently) - but I can survive - I have some bills to pay - but I CAN get by without it --- just takes me longer to build up ANY funds to play online with... LIKE Nothing right now... And at the same time - another casino ONLINE decides to DOUBLE charge my PRE-PAID credit card with Double Authorization codes... Which means I still have some time to wait until they release my CASH back to me... WTF world... This is insane.. Especially in a time where Money is hard to come by for a LOT of people. And where the casino tells me - Ooops - nothing we can do - sorry, Yep, it's our fault - but we're not going to do anything about it..)

So - I'm really - REALLY - getting disillusioned with the WHOLE Online Gambling situation.

This is the first time in my gambling online career - that it has started to affect ME personally - so it's probably time for me to say - STOP.

Not like an addiction, but like - this is getting VERY Snake/Mafia Like - NASTY.

And I think it's time to start treating the casinos like they are Treating US.

I am - from this point on - Closing the accounts with ANY casino that treats me like dirt.

There is NO other way to stop this treatment than to just close out your account.

Maybe then - the casinos will open their eyes and think about how they are treating us, instead of continuing to do so...

But truly - just my account closing out won't make a difference. Yet... maybe it will..

    Ya just never know.

So - am I the ONLY one noticing that the casinos are treating us worse and worse - and STILL expecting us to deposit with them?

Are you too experiencing diminished Customer Service and Casino Responsibility?

And do you have any other way to fight back - to return it to normal or at least decent service?

    WW
