Has a software error, a glitch...

On some of the Rome Casino Slots the winning images have been removed from the reels or they just fail to ever be displayed, making it impossible to win a jackpot.

Rome Casino was made aware of this 'error'.

Rome casino said they pulled the games involved... (they never did)
Then Rome said the issue was corrected... It has not been, I just ran a few tests and the images are not to be found.
