    Lucky Red, Wrong Emails

    I just got two emails in my inbox from Lucky Red Casino. The first one saying that they hoped I had enjoyed the free bonus they gave me. Never got one. The second one listing deposit options and touting their 400% bonus. Then I read a little closer and realize that they weren't meant for me at all, but for someone named Jerry. My name is Lisa, not Jerry. Both of these emails include username at the casino, with a link for recovering your lost/forgotten password.

    And just for the record, they are both from cwcasinos.com, not from that c-f-1.com addy.

    Stuff like this really upsets me. I understand that accidents happen....but this is extremely careless. I like ClubWorld and think they're a great operation, but they dropped the ball on this one.

    Both were addressed to pinababy69@hotmail.com and came from promotions@cwcasinos.com Normally, I would have just PM'd Tom, but then I got to wondering if anyone else had this happen. If so, I have to wonder how many account usernames are floating around out there.

    Once got some snailmail from Fortune Lounge. Only problem was that it had someone elses name and account number.

    When I informed them about it they basically said that names and addresses sometimes gets messed up.

    I will forward them Martyn, thanks very much. Like I said, normally I wouldn't have posted.....but I take this stuff pretty seriously, and did want to know if it was just me, or if others had received the same...which would indicate an error on a bigger scale.
