Casino Complaint Gold Rock (Rival)

I signed up at Gold Rock, back at the end of January, made my 1st deposit. To my surprise Scary Rich was not available. I inquired about it via chat, was told 4 hours tops. Well several days later it was still not available and I was told that it would be back in a few days, which it was not, I kept getting the run around every time I inquired. I checked in just a while ago and it's still not available, which leads me to wonder why. I almost hate to throw this out but I have to wonder if they maybe don't have the funds to back up big wins. Obviously there is nothing wrong with the Scary games themselves or other Rivals would have pulled them and this is clearly not the case. Anyone else care to speculate?

At its launch this casino had both Scaries. However, when I noticed that they were not available in late-January, I enquired about it and they said they sent them for testing and will be reinstated soon. I was given the same answer early last month. There is simply no valid reason and if I had to speculate, I would say that they did not pay the license fees for these games or that these are of such high variance they are worried about paying out if someone hit it big. Yeah, these are wild specs but they have not lived up to their promises to reinstate them.

I am playing at this casino this very moment but as you said Bonita, the Scaries are still not here.

Testing......... sounds like BS to me, especially considering that no other Rival has pulled them offline (that I know of). It stands to reason if there was a problem it would be rival wide. Also...it's been said before that all the rival's play off have the same server, correct? Maybe not SlotoCash? That is one of the excuses I got on one of several occasions that I asked about it
