    Thumbs down Everest casinos

Back last march i ran into this lot of casinos asking me to verify who i am.
Not a problem sent them everything i have sent off to other caisnos. Then they even had the nerve to ask me for a copy of my bank statement well guess what with this group that still wasnt good enough to continue playing with them.
They have NO customer service, email response is longer then a week and then they never do respond to what you originally asked. So in return that leaves you sending another email waiting for another week.
    You get my drift.
Outside of flying out there with my dna or fingerprints I cant see how this group of casinos has any customers. Stay clear it seems now they have decided to send me all kinds of bonus offers i take it they are now desperate for players.
To bad i use to deposit a lot with them without any cashouts their loss.
Trying to get off their mailing list Ha easier just to send it to junk.

If they have a rep here, try sending him a copy of each and every email & reply you have had, showing the timeline and delays.
Perhaps the issue is to do with Canada - some casinos seem to have a phobia about accepting Canadian customers. There shoud be no need to keep asking for documentation piece by piece, any reputable casino will accept the normal set, and if your "normal set" has sufficed for each casino you have played so far (assuming this to be more than just one or two), the problem is clearly NOT with your documentation, but with the casino.
If they valued you as a player, they would deal with this swiftly, not give you terrible customer service, and then insult you with bonus offers that could be pretty dangerous (as in getting paid) for you to use whilst this issue with documentation is unresolved.

I am sure I remember the issue, but for this to drag on for a year shows up this outfit in a pretty poor light. It could have been far, far, worse, as they could have been stalling a cashout for 11 months whilst wrangling over bank statements etc.
