But if they are sister casinos don't they share many of the management and such? Mean a sister casino basically means same main company, but maybe different sub manager and maybe support, but basically it is the same company right?

ok, may be I am very very lucky but i won and got paid (~$2000) by VIP Lounge in November. I think they are also related to Cirrus, Prism, etc.
They also were the best RTG slots i ever seen and also my first one. So they kind of made me hooked up on those game. hehe
They were a bit late with the payment but nothing major.
Not trying to recommend anyone to play there but just stating the facts.

Mercy, give Cherry Red Casino a try, not whats on the Rogue list, I won 9,000.00 with just a 50.00 deposit, 20,000 with just a 50.00 deposit and they were my first 2 visits to that casino too, and this was just the week that passed..
