I am a VIP in Ladbrokes. Was playing - low-rolling on Saturday morning, and decided to up my bankroll. When re-directed to banking page, I was asked to login again. I thought 'weird' but what the problem? Typed in my username + password, but couldn't get in. I was bored anyway, so left it as is, till Monday. I played off the remainder of my balance, and that was it.

Monday I tried to login again, and failed again. Called service line and was told that my account is temporarily suspended as 'there's some address mismatch'. What? They had no problem with my address in months I played there, I got paid $17K without being asked for any so-called security documents, and now there is suddenly a mismath?...WTH...

What *really* annoyed me though, is that I got no notice, email or call, informing me of this 'temporary suspension'. In other words, if I did not call myself, nothing would be ever done about that supposed 'problem'.

Luckily, it was all solved in next half hour, without much hassle. BUT. I can't say I appreciate the way it was handled. They have questions or need clarifications, they are free to contact me. Not let me play with my existing balance and have me "suspended" at the same time
