Random Jackpots vs Rapid Fire Jackpots

I still haven't hit a random jackpot going on 12 years playing at RTG casinos. They were one of the first casinos I signed up at and have continued to play at.

I also signed up at Intercasino many, many years ago and I could almost predict when the rapid fire jackpots would hit and have hit quite a few of them during the time we were allowed to play there (the USA players)

Now, my interest is piqued and I really have gotten really, really disgusted with the RGT casinos in the past few months because one would think that after so many years, one would have hit at least one regardless. But that is not the case.

The rapid fire jackpots were so exciting..I think I had hit a good 8-10 during my play at Intercasino for the few years I was allowed to play there.

What is the difference I ask? I can't for the life of me figure this out. Why are some of the RJ higher at some casino than others? Why are some hit so constantly? Why is there some so enormous that it seems a little "off"?

I believe that these jackpots (the random jackpots) should be set where they hit at certain levels and are not allowed to go above and beyond the withdrawal limits of any casino , just as Intercasino did with the rapid fire ones. This would give the players more of a chance to win them and be able to withdraw them with ease if chosen.

So, in essence...if I can hit these jackpots at Intercasino and B&M casinos (which I have and at other casinos) why is this so elusive to me at a RTG casino..?

12 years is a long time to play and not hit one and I think there has got to be something that is done to flag an account to say, hey she deposits so we don't have to worry about her and about letting her hit anything big..etc etc..casue she will be back regardless..I am getting this feeling more and more each day..

The reason I say this is because I have been playing faithfully each and every random jackpot at it's peak and playing different denominations and I actually follow them and play them until they are hit...I haven't deviated from that since day one...now, I see, every time I log in after hundreds of hours of play they are "hit" the very next time I log in...and it is just a after a few hours of downtime it is hit..

The one for Rushmore was a classic example and the reason I asked who hit it..I played that one for a solid 2-3 weeks before it was hit and bingo...gone the very next log in..

Is this chance? Is this unlucky? Is this just the luck of the draw..? I don't think so...I think it is set for what player is actually "allowed" to hit them now IMO. Otherwise, I would have never hit a jackpot at any casinos.....B&M or otherwise online..and I would have "caught " one at one of these for all the play I have done on them..

i miss those good old day's of being able to play at omni and sands of the caribbean, i always could hit a rapid fire jackpot and made money there, damn we had it good back then, didnt we ? im just greatful that we do have some good casino's that haven't left (us) yet where we can still have a chance at hitting a decent r/j, i will agree the rapid fire jackpots were easier to hit and much more fun imo..............laurie

omni and sands of the caribbean
I actually had one of my biggest Rapid fire jackpots at the sands of the carribean casino. I do miss those days and those casinos...I would much rather invest in those that I know have the ability to hit than any of these RTG casinos anymore.

There is no rhyme or reason to RTG....and it really doesn't matter how they put it..they are set at a point where they can set off a jackpot...

IMO..otherwise almost everyone would have hit one random jackpot in their lifetime play just as many have hit the rapid fire one at least once in their play.

I would rather hit small 1000-2000 dollar jackpot (are you listening RTG!!!) a few times as I did at the rapid fire ones vs these unrealistic huge ones that they are now showing which is unattainble IMO...they are set for the ones that sit and reinvest their winnings with them regularly as a player and they know this would happen so they get the hits on them unlike players that withdraw and take time to play back any winnings from that one casino which the casino doesn't want..again this is IMO..THEY KNOW who these players are and they are the ones that are allowed to hit them...

Silc, I agree with you. I've been playing RTG probably 6-7 years and have never hit one either. Are we really that unlucky? While others have hit them more than once, twice, even three times? I really do believe it's luck and random, but how in the world can some be so lucky, and others exactly the opposite?

for all we know the people who have won 2-3 times could be playing 24/7

    I Totally agree

and as far as the deposit thing, and dont worry they will be back, is the same lines Ive been thinking about a few places now, I even gave one a wide berth for a month or so, sadly it made no difference.

I have hit one RJ but no bells and whistles there it was at Prism lol, back in the days I knew no better, first and last deposit ever there, it had a max cashout of $500, the RJ was $7000,

As far as the rest, I think often its the same as the first couple of times you deposit and you cant stop winning then boomm, never again, one place that has high varience slots, I hit everything going in the first couple days, then very little ever again.

I do agree very much with you at least thats how my thinking has been.

I very rarely take bonus coupons, but If I do, win win win until your close to playthrough, then down the drain, can all these things be coincidance?

Interesting that you should bring this up sparkles. The fact that you would hit this elusive jackpot only to be bound by the minimum withdrawal allowed seems to be the norm quite frequently at these casinos. It seems more and more people that take a bonus with limited max cashout have won these RJackpots more often than non bonus players.

I have recently (past year or so) felt that with the shift of USA players to RTG casinos they are wooing them in with these kinds of bonuses to keep from having to pay out the RJackpots...and once again those that have always played there would never have a chance at them unless they had a pattern of reinvesting all their winnings as some actually do.

They are the ones that are winning the jackpots at these casinos IMO....because the casinos know who the players are that give it all back and then some..and their account is marked for a win...This has become my real thoughts lately after reading so many posts of the forum.

We have heavy hitters that have won big and lost even bigger...trying to recreate the thrill of this win and then we have had many bonus takers hit the random jackpot only to find out they only get to keep an extremely small portion of it due to their choice of bonuses..

All in all...RTG casinos all have become almost identical in the win/loss scenerio for a certain group of players...just re-read some of the posts made under these casinos by many forum members... not everything is up for luck or coincidence IMO...especially when you have so many comparing notes such as this forum...
