    Rushmore Payout problems

I have had a pending payout by Moneybookers, with Rushmore for over 48 hours.

Today I went to live help, they checked and told me it was a Moneybookers funding problem, with payments being rerouted, I have never heard of this, can anyone enlighten me. They then told me it will be a few more days before i,m paid.
This is bad for an accredited casino,

Also if the payout is in my account still available for reversal at the time I post this, then how can it be a Moneybookers problem, and if Moneybookers have a problem how did two other casinos pay me today vis them with no probs.

This is not the first time they have been this slow, I have reversed two previous withdrawals because they were slow, then played and lost, but I sure as heck wont be reversing this one.

    Hi Gia,

    Please check your PMs.

It would be much easier if anyone has problems in the future, to PM me to start with so I get an automatic email to alert me.

    Thanks,

    Louise

.... in fact, applaud them for their honesty and direct answer.

This happens far more often than players think, but it is usually like getting blood out of a stone to get casinos to admit it.

Normally, you will be told the generic reason "technical difficulties".

Each casino processor has it's own merchant account with Moneybookers, and this situation can occur when someone has slipped up in administration and has failed to ensure their merchant account contains enough to pay all the current withdrawals. The remedy is to fund the merchant account at Moneybookers from the general float (money used to pay out winnings). This may not necessarily be instant, for example, if it has to come from their bank, where the usual 3 working day clearing cycle needs to elapse.
Hopefully, Rushmore will investigate what went wrong, and seek to prevent it happening again, in that they will better forecast what is needed before having to visibly delay withdrawals, leading them having to provide an explanation.

It may be best to wait a couple of days, as the alternative is probably a cheque, which has been their method of payment before the introduction of Moneybookers quite recently, itself a possible cause of getting things a bit messed up.

Naturally, this should be an EXCEPTIONAL problem, and it would not be expected that an accredited casino would fall into this funding trap on a regular basis.
