After sending them ID they now sent me this request!!!!

Yep, there's another thread on this here somewhere. Not Lion Slots, but another Rival. Absolutely beyond ridiculous. Yet another reason why I no longer play at Rival casinos. I'll try to find the thread and post the link.

EDIT: That was fast, it was on the first page of this complaints forum. It's not the first post in the thread, but about the 5th or 6th post down maybe. The OP, tklein, was asked to do the exact same thing. Honest to God, what is next with some of the online casinos?

Well, at least they are not asking you for a picture of you jumping thru these hoops they are sending you but who knows, maybe they will ask for that as a third set of identifying documentation !! Good luck buddy, sounds like you're going to need it...

Also Bash, make sure to PM the rep and ask him/her to comment on this. I thought their rep was Rakesh, but I guess I'm out of touch, as he is listed now as "taxpayer", lol. Here's the contact info for the Lionslots rep, who I guess is the affy manager.

i know it sounds nutty , but it could be just one of the requirments in place to prevent fraud, not saying that is the case with you at all, but atleast they would be able to see that it is you holding up the i.d..........who knows anymore with these casino's but for 2800.00, i would have gladly sent them that, just my opinion...........................laurie

Seriously, an organization, taking player's deposits, can't they find out something less ridicolous? This is something to use against Nigerian scammers. I usually have no problem with sending in documentation, but what comes next, how many goals did you score in the elementary school footbal champ?

Now I remember why I quit depositing at Rival's....I would love for any Rival rep to come on board here and let us know whether or not the operators can or cannot change the RTP%. I have a feeling that they have the power to do so, similar to RTG. I'd almost bet that they don't have to go to Rival and ask permission, either.
