So I call customer service they state on their play logs it shows the hit and the amount of a win yet i neither see it in my logs or get the the win money. I told them the other night i had the same issue but i was lucky enough to get a picture of it so they suggest to send them the picture they will send it to the legal department and then make a decision if they will pay the win. To me this is not even worth another deposit with this group they have had tech support get in touch with me since feb. on how to clear disc drive before i play ive done everything they have asked and yet to no avail soon as a good hits comes the game vanishes and you are disconnected. Did they really expect to fob you off with that one. Maybe your local PC might cause the software to be unstable, and close down - HOWEVER, the game itself is played ON THE SERVER, and thus the win and payout should be in your account the next time you are able to access the casino. This seems not to be the case, and indicates a fault at the server end which is triggered by the hit, and fails to properly process the payout.

Party casino should be aware that this reeks of "rigging the software", but having it done badly such that it accidentally shows a hit that was meant to be "blocked" by some kind of "payout stabiliser". They need to find a proper explanation that can explain this, but that still upholds the integrity of the software. If the fault is so serious that even the master game logs on the server cannot be relied upon, then the software is "dangerous" to use with real money.
