Rushmore fees

Hi, from Spain. I,ve asked for a withdrawal of 50$ at Rushmore (wire transfer) and i've only received 20$ in my account, the rest (30$) is the comission. I've contacted them and they say that's the comission for withdrawals less than 250$. Can it be true?, are we crazy?. They don't accept Neteller accounts so, i had to deposit by credit card. In addition i' ve deposited four or five times and have got no reward. Anybody has been deceived this way?

I'm sorry you found out about this after the fact, instead of before. This is clearly on their web site though.

Most casinos don't even offer a wire if your cashout is less then a couple hundred dollars. Some casinos require $500-$1000 before they'll send wires.

There are fees that go along with wires. Sometimes it's not charged by the originating bank, but banks in between.

I checked the F.A.Q. on Rushmore's site and it does say right there that wire withdrawals under $250 are subject to a $25 fee.

Wire transfer - Time frame for delivery is 4-5 working days. There is a fee of $25 dollars if the amount of the withdrawal is lower than $250 charge. The money is wired directly to your bank account.

Also, they don't send checks? So Americans are stuck with using QT for withdrawals?

Or wire. Personally, I prefer wires. Then again, I'm a stupid player and play for fun.. usually not cashing out unless it's substantial. In which case a wire fee is not a problem.

As far as checks go and living in the U.S., it's really risky these days to request a cashout from almost any online casino by check. I can't tell you how many nightmare stories I've read where cashouts (Not from this casino) are delayed several months and more from complications trying to pay by check.

I cashed out at Rewards a few months back and was really lucky to get a check in 5 days hassle-free. But even they told me they discourage it and it doesn't always go that smooth.

I love to play online. But there's a lot of hoops to jump through these days. It really sucks!
