I assume that there have already been warnings about this group but would like to show you how ridiculous the Central Dispute System response was.
Here was the situation. Was an affiliate for them a while back, like 2-3 years ago. Had a $250 balance, they would never pay ever. Never replied to any emails and this went on for a year or so and I just gave up! At that time,
RTG had gotten rid of the player dispute system so didn't really have anywhere else to go. So, just out of curiousity, I file a complaint with the new system, here is their response:

Comment: Dear Justin, Thank you for the opportunity presented for us to assist you. This service is however offered for players seeking to address denied withdrawals and problems with locked accounts, as per the terms and conditions of the casino. As listed directly from the casino operations you are not entitled to any payments as per the low traffic generated as stipulated in their agreement. Regards, Central Disputes Team
This statement was hilarious! So because of my low traffic they decided that I shouldn't pay them. If a casino doesn't pay me or any of my players, they are immediately removed from my sites no questions asked. Why in the world would I have promoted them when they didn't pay me. I still can't believe this crazy excuse. Ill let you all know what happens.
I would avoid Bet Max Casino and they also own Blast21.
