    Not impressed

"Licensed and regulated in North America"

BOLLOX - you mean KAHNAWAKE (scroll to bottom). Kahnawake ONLY license casinos because they do NOT consider themselves as "part of North America", but an independent First Nation State.

I had a look at the promotions page, and a few things.

    1) Promoting an event that takes place till April 7th.

    2) A statement of "more to come in 2008"

Well, it's been 2008 for 8 months now, and even April 2008 has long since passed.

This looks like you have NOTHING currently running - always a bad sign for any casino site, it usually means they have suspended trading (this was how Action Online looked before they officially went bust).

I found this from YOUR link that you posted.

Further research is advised before being tempted by these tournaments, which seem to match what the low rollers are asking for.

There are other casinos that run tournaments such as this, where there is a fixed buy in, and winner decided on highest balance.

3Dice have a whole array of such events, and accept US players.
Cryptologic casinos have these, however do NOT accept US players.

RTG software can now support tournaments of this nature, including iNetBet for US players. (Are you RTG eh?)

Playtech also have a tournament section (no US again), and it seems Boss Media have one. VIP.com has switched to the Spades casino, which seems to be Boss Media, and advertise tournaments and allow US players.

With some more background information, and a proven track record, Sports Interaction could join this list, but all we have is their "rep" who joins as a normal player (not an i-Gaming rep) and "hijacks" this thread to promote their own casino. We expect more than this from a casino rep, they should be able to help players with problems, and to this end it would be helpful if you could clarify your position, with a view to becoming the official listed rep for Sports Interaction.

    Hi

My response to the tournaments was posted as I could see that players were complaining that "tournaments" - We offer a real tournament product that caters to all levels of play and bankrolls - for example we currently have a $200 Blackjack Tournament running with a $10 Buy in.(You will need to launch the casino an check the lobby under touraments)

The promotions you were referring to as of April 2008 are not out of date but we like to leave details of prior tournaments and promotions up on the site so players can see what we have given away in the past.

With regards to the dated content this must be a browser issue as we have all our latest promotions up there

In response to your comment "Further research is advised before being tempted by these tournaments, which seem to match what the low rollers are asking for." - We have tournaments to suit all levels of play.

I am a super low-roller at slots betting $0.01 per line. However, I have had some luck in the tourneys and won the first prize of $15 3 times on Thunderstruck/Tomb Raider. Normally, I dont bother with continuous play with my own money but I felt I had a chance with the $20K some months ago and went thru all the additional buy-ins and came fifth for $800. Count me unlucky as I got the 5 scatters when gaining a free entry for that tourney.

low/no roller and battered mouse beat odds

    Hi there,

I've been signing up for the free tournaments when I can on All Jackpots for about a year now. Whilst it's not my preferred place to play it is my preferred place to visit as it keeps me entertained in between deposits.

Thunderstruck drives me nuts and if I do get the free spins I'm lucky to land on a spin that pays. I did get the Hammer x 5 in a V shape and it took a moment or two to realize (as I was zoning out) that I had catapulted from #2345 to #1. Ended up 10th and got $12.50. Every once in a while I end up in the top 10 and get a kick out of hanging in there as long as I can.

The Avalon and Loaded tournaments are my favorite, sometimes it's a thrilling 6 minutes and sometimes I just lay back and think I should really be scrubbing the bathroom.

On Tomb Raider I get the free spins a lot, sometimes they pay and sometimes they don't. I hate the Tiki bonus as it takes up so much time my poor mouse takes such a beating. I did hit the free spin symbol all across the board last week on the second spin and was sitting pretty in first place.
Played a couple more tournaments then went to bed. Next day I go check and I'm still #1...miles ahead of anyone. Its a $750 first prize with 24 hours to go. I call my friend who also plays them and has won a couple bucks here and there to share my exciting news ... only to be told I'd be nowhere in no time so forget about it and don't even think of continuing and wasting your money...yadda yadda yadda. I keep my eye on the players catching up and managed to figure out if they were a threat by counting their "continuing". I check again in the last hour and find myself sitting at #2 overtaken by a long shot with the cash to continue..... she was all done and ahead by 11000. I see a few late comers picking up the pace and couldn't handle it anymore..... made a midnight dash in my jammies to reload my card and made it back with 20 minutes to go.... continued for $15- and prayed my mouse wouldn't drop dead from the punishment it was about to endure for the next 10 minutes or so. My mouse survived and I just made it back to #1 by 1200 points and waited the longest 8 minutes....... I was so shocked.... I won. 3 minutes after it closed $750 was in my account.

Note to self- buy spare mouse.

So yes.... despite the first spin taking forever, sometimes only getting 2 minutes of the 6 and even getting disconnected every now and again- a low or even no roller can win a bit or a lot.

    Smile

Congrats MissS ... I know the feeling.

    I am a real small-time gambler ... $25 deposit & only playing at $0-01 coins per line.

I have been playing the JPF Free Slots Tournaments and have had 3 reasonable places in the last month. I can say that on all 3 tournaments, it was only pure luck in the 1st FREE round that I achieved a good winning balance that put me in 1st place. ONLY THEN did I actually "Continue Playing" (by buying xxx coins & xxx minutes for $5, $6 or $15 for 3-5 times). Out of hundreds of tournaments I have entered for free, I have high placed in only 3, but have reaped about $900 for an outlay of $125.

    It was PURE LUCK.

Keep trying .. as with any slot .. lady luck will eventually smile on you.
