    Question RTG Investigation Site???

    Greetings All,

I'm new to this site and am anticipating a problem with Real Vegas Online (www.realvegasonline.com). I came across this website which claims to help with RTG complaint resolution: http://www.centraldisputesystem.com/

My question is if any of you guys have used their assistance or are familiar with them. If so, what you tell me about it, there is not much info on their website.

The problem I am anticipating has to do with withdrawing funds (I deposited $1000 USD and was matched with a 250% bonus for a total of $3500) I grew this to over $10K. They have not declined my withdrawal request, but they have been very limiting with information and instructions (no T&Cs on the 250% bonus, no wire transfer instructions and no response to my request for my game playing records), and at this point, I anticipate problems. I will file a formal PAB once I've exhausted my resources.

Anyways, any information on the Central Dispute System website would be greatly appreciated.

    Many Thanks!
    KCs...

What happened to Hastings...like they ever did anything, anyways...
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

If you read the bonus ifo you are required to get 20x over the dep. So if u dep 1000 w/ 250% match then taht means that they will require you to make a minumum of 25,000. I may be wrong, but recently went thru the bonus issues w/ another casino. So ck into it and The Best of luck to you.

mecan49, thanks for the info. Can you explain where I should have found that bonus info. I saw the bonus code on the Real Vegas Online login page to the gaming application and didn't see any T&Cs nor any asterik referring to one. I was first directed to use it by their support representative on the phone, who told me about it when she was helping me with my deposit.

I don't think they can hold me to any T&Cs for the bonus play, can they? I am sure they will attempt to do so. To be honest, I don't even want or need their bonus money, I just want my original deposit back and winnings.

Another question, how can I find out how far I am towards meeting any kinda bonus requirement?

    Many Thanks!

Keeny, you have given your money to one of the rogue casinos formerly managed by Warren Cloud and now probably owned and operated by the Virtual casino group..........They think they can hold you to anything they want to cuz there's nothing you can do about it! The casinos are domiciled in Costa Rica, which has no laws to protect you.

You will have to call them or use their live chat service to find out what you have wagered..............sorry, no other way.
