US players are SUPPOSED to be having such difficulties, and you know who to blame for that
What doesn't look good is the initial responses regarding the missing deposit. iNetBet should have worked harder to trace the problem without the player having to send 6 Emails before the funds were traced.
While iNetBet did nothing different, their processor certainly did, possibly to confuse the UIGEA regulations, which resulted in an intermediary banking charge being applied this time, even if not the last time.
I expect the situation will get even worse for US players later this year, as it seems one of the broadcasters there is running a story about how effective UIGEA has been so far, and if this shows it has been "business as usual" I'm sure the embarrassment factor will spur the authorities to tighten things up.
Hopefully, this will disrupt transactions for all those domestic "carve out" firms, and they will start to hate the UIGEA, and put pressure on the administration to come to either make it work, or get rid of it and start again.
