Just to reiterate the withdrawal fee is only on the first withdrawal via wire of the month, and the fees are only incurred on a wire. Other withdrawal methods have no such fees for multiple withdrawals.
We do try our best to make things as easy as possible for all players. However as some of you say sometimes it's not so easy but we do our best
