    Golden palace casino

    Hey,

I deposited $100 and got the $300 bonus , but this was around the beginning of this year.

I didn't cash out immediately , and played on and on over a few months time , i worked up my balance to just over $4000 and then tried to cash out to my bank account.

It was rejected , and the money put back into my balance. I didn't really get a proper response as to why this happened , but i carried on playing and worked up my balance to $6297.

I tried to cash out again and it was denied , due to a swift code error. I then opened a new bank account and tried to cash out again.

It's all accepted , but I've been waiting for a month now to get my money , and the only response i hear is that they are waiting for a reply from the accounting department.

They promised me it would take up to 10 business days to process the cash out , I've sent them 2 x utility bills and 1x ID and 1x Passport, and my account is "verified".

For the last two weeks they've been waiting for a reply from the accounting department , but what frustrates me the most is that i cashed out from Party Poker to my new bank account , the exact same details I used at Golden Palace , and they took 3 days to pay me out.

Is there anyone that can perhaps help me ? I need this money for tuition fees for university.

I feel that im just getting some typical 'run around' from this casino , one excuse after another.

    Thanks

I found this message board trying to complain about golden palace.

I only had a $500 cashout, I finally got it but it took 4 months.

    Stick with the accredited casino's.

I think someone should make a "dummys guide to being an accredited casino" , because some casinos are definitely not doing it right!

should i perhaps contact playtech ?

Yes, if you are happy to wait another month or two for a reply

It would be worth finding another source for tuition fees, as there is no guarantee as to if or when you get this cash-out.

Often, casinos will try to pull "bonus abuse" as an excuse not to pay, although in this case it just seems to be incompetence. Any casino that cannot make contact with one of it's own departments (accounting) for weeks has to be pretty incompetent.

Golden Palace are known for unethical marketing (streaker at Olympic Games - better not try that in Beijing though ), and persistent delays in payments.

Just be persistent with them, they may well pay just to get rid of you, especially now you are asking for help on a public forum.

I think they do it because they want you to reverse the cashout, and play on. The situation you described about the wire transfers and the fact that you played on after your withdrawal request was rejected make me think that. I would just ask for a cheque, they will have less excuses to choose from and will hopefully pay.

WOW that is one juicy win for you

This is a typical problem with GP.
There is a way to solve it.
First of all, I'd recommend forgetting about Playtech. They aren't likely to push the payment of any individual's winnings.

Secondly, remember that you can always phone them and they do try to be helpful over the phone (or at least have been for me) and give info on where it all got stuck.

Now, on to the problem at hand. They allow CC/debit card withdrawals, no moneybookers. So you're trying a debit card withdrawal.

The application'll ask you for a SWIFT and IBAN code, and, one more (actually unnecessary) thing called "account number".
These all have to match. What happens is their accounting sees something they'll call a mismatch between an IBAN and the account number and reject/reverse the withdrawal. You can try a dozen things you think are your "account number" from various statements to match it (btw technically, with a SWIFT code of the bank and an IBAN any payment can be done! but their application demands the "account number"). I know I have.

The guy on the phone did tell me "the numbers have to match" but didn't know how to make them match. And what I've seen work is the following - SWIFT you should know, IBAN as well.
Acc number is the number from your IBAN without the first 4 characters (ie two letters and two numbers). In my case IBAN consists of country code, two chars, then bank code, then acc code.
So an IBAN would be CCXX1234567 - 1234567890.
CC - country code, two letters, XX - two numbers, and what goes next is the account number!
It has first the bank code (I recognized that one easily in my country cause any payment we do that involves a bank locally includes that number as well) 1234567 and then the acc codem, in the example above its 1234567890.
Try it not using any dashes.

Second option, IBAN without the first 4 chars AND without the following 7 characters which are the bank code. In your country it might be the next 6, or 8, I cannot know that for your country.

Either of these could work. Seeing such a match between an IBAN and ACC # makes their accountment go on with the withdrawal.

Cashing out via a check is also an option. It'll incur a fee from your bank and cashing it out can take about a month from the time the check arrives.

Close to 8 months playing online and playtech is the only group i have never had a cash out with. I was depositing few times a week and month or so ago
i stopped deleted them all right off puter and told them close off accounts.
Tired of auto bonus that once you get close to the playthrough there is nothing left to cashout then you never hit anything till your balance has nothing left.
Then to make matters worse you already playing just deposited and every few min service rep is in chat trying to talk you into depositing more with 200% bonus from them. I liked their games but to me whats the use in playing with them if at least from what i have seen can never get close to a cash out.
