    Cardholder Statement Of Disputed Transactions

    If i have deposited some money in a sportsbook using my credit card and they don't pay my winnings,can i contact my bank and fill a Cardholder Statement Of Disputed Transactions regarding my deposits to this sportsbook?And what happens?Should i get at least my deposited money?

    This would be as a last resort, but it would only get you back your deposits, and you are likely to get back your deposits after complaining enough anyway.

    Doing this would also make it easier for other online sites to deny winnings because you took back your money from this sportsbook.

    If the sportsbook is not a rogue here, try the various complaints procedures.

    1) Contact the rep (if there is one)
    2) PAB to Max
    3) Name & Shame
    4) Complain to licencing authority.

    If all this fails, consider the disputed transactions option if the sportsbook refuses to refund your deposits.
