Casinos that make it hard to withdraw

I understand that casinos have to have security measures in place to ensure no fraud is going on...

But currently I am dealing with an online casino that is giving me the hardest time regarding a withdrawal. I have faxed them my information and they state that a couple of numbers on my debit card are unreadable. I took extra care just KNOWING that they would try to pull something. Of course this evening upon trying to withdraw my winnings...they are telling me that I need to re-fax.

Of course if I were to decide to deposit another 100 bucks, they would have no issue TAKING it. It is just when I want to take out my winnings that I encounter a problem.

Hopefully this can all be resolved. If not...I will be P.A.B. and screaming like a rooster.

It is not FAIR that they take our money, no questions asked. We finally WIN something and they play hardball with us. If they need authorization to pay us THEN THEY SHOULD ask for the same documentation before they allow us to deposit.

I am really P*d off right now!

Is the casino you are dealing with on Casinomeister's accredited list?

Sorry to hear it Mskimber. I will never understand why a business that is dependent on repeat customer deposits would jack the customer base around so much. I have never been asked for any form of ID, documents, etc. in the five years or so that I have been playing. The first time I am asked will be the last time that I play that entity.

The Virtual Group of casinos dont need too much repeat business. They give out very huge bonuses to players who are idle when not at work to kill time. Many of these dont even know where the withdrawal button is.

Save yourself a headache and scan and email your docs rather than faxing. There is no disputing the clarity of a scanned image, just make sure you save it as a JPEG. Many casinos email don't accept a file that is larger than 1 or 2 MB. I used to have the same problem as you when I faxed the casinos, but not after I used scans instead. Good luck!

i thought in the interest of security you are advised to delete/hide several numbers on your card, that way if somebody else gets the info its useless to them,
    I gave up gambling,
Now all i ever do is make mind bets,
You never bet any real money you only bet in your mind.
The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month

It seems like it took me years to find a few good sites that pay out without problems. I stay with 2 or 3 casinos of each software platform to reduce the stress.

After spending a small fortune on faxing i went a dif way i used scanner and
put id in there and kept playing with the features till was visible and clear enough for casinos to read. As for the faxback form my printer isnt working yet all the good casinos out there have no prob and yes have paid me and all i did was put in writing what was on their website and signed it. They matched my signature with my id i sent and also my utility bills and everything was ok
good luck i know the feeling.
