first web support
I have had their online support chat window open for 24 minutes now without a response.
I am going to stay, I will post how long it takes for an operator to answer. Jen is my chat operator.

32 minutes on the chat to open, and several days after hitting the withdrawal button, Jen informs me they have sent a document request of which I didn't receive.
I have cashed before at firstweb but it was so long ago they need new documents. (sigh) Does it ever end?

It is painful, but just satisfy their request. I've been successfully paid from First Web on many occasions. As a matter of fact, they have been very nice. I had an account setup in Great British Pounds, and they gave me a totally free bonus, which I won on, but there were problems since they only take US players in Dollars now. They sent me a withdrawal into Quicktender for the value of the GBP in Dollars and let me open up a new account in $'s. It took a while though - had to keep pestering them.
You should be paid... |

I sent the documents requested yesterday. The email wasn't returned so I know support@firstwebcasino.com received them.
Still no action so I called support because the live chat was disabled on thier website (whether it was just my browser or everyone I do not have a clue, cookies?) I was told they didn't receive them because the file was too large. 59 kilobytes? I was told to resend them and call back. Why is getting a withdrawal from these people like going to the dentist? They happily take your money and then you have to jump through hoops like a trained dog if you want any back. David B. seems to have really straightened out the jackpot factory.

I told them in chat yesterday I was going to post how this comes out on CM forum. I wanted to come home today and report how smoothly it went.
I don't think they really care if I am a member here or not. They act like a small withdrawal doesn't matter.

This is my last post until this is resolved one way or the other.
I called support back after resending the documents twice, once through windows mail and also through my mail server online. Now support will not answer the phone. After 200 rings I called again. 50 more rings, no answer. I sent the jackpot factory rep here this private message: I called support today about my withdrawal not being processed. They requested documents yesterday, which I sent and know was received, the email was not returned. Support said to resend them and call back. I resent them and now support will not answer the phone. What is the problem? I play at firstweb and my account number is ############ If I get this withdrawal, I will post it here and how long it took. This wouldn't bother me so much if I only had one small deposit. I have deposited over $500 since march and I ask for a small $150 withdrwal and I get reminded of why most people avoid the internet altogether. This could easily have had a pleasant outcome, and I would have probably given them the withdrawal back because I have cashed here before. I had no idea I was in for this or I would have played elsewhere. Think about it.

Thanks for the update Catrina.
So did you get your money yet? I am interested in hearing your outcome. I just recently started playing with the Jackpot Factory (Wildjack Casino). I deposited a few times, but I have not had the luck of withdrawing any funds yet ![]() |

Here is a winning screenshot of when I said I hit the withdrawal button, it is april 30th. May 1st should have been my transaction date for the 24 hour reversal period. Instead it is listed as May 2nd.
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...hots-1229.html I contacted support may 5th and was told of the needed documents. It was finally confirmed on may 7th they had my documents. They said 48 hours. It has been 48 hours, now may 9th. also a friday. My withdrawal is still " work in progress" They will not do anything this weekend, that is clear. So if they actually give me my withdrawal on monday, may the 12th it will be 11 days. Play at jackpot factory if you have time to wait for them to be good and ready. But I still haven't seen it, I will post when it arrives in my QT account. They are in no hurry to pay a loyal member with over $500 in deposits since March. I mentioned that in live chat, that I have made $500 in deposits in 2 months. They were supposed to email a transcript of the chat session but didnt ( yes I checked my spam box) They said " we appreciate that"

I just sent another PM to the jackpot factory rep here and asked them to comment here.
I don't want to raise a big stink, I would just like to be paid in a timely manner after being a very loyal customer. If it takes 2 weeks with quicktender how does inetbet do it the next day? It may be a little difficult to win at inet, but at least when you do it is absolutely guaranteed you won't suffer this.
