Angry Bodog Problem

I've deposited now $ 310 and there was nothing in my account!

I've told their costumer service, but they told me, that they have nothing received from me, although it's away from my moneybookers account!

So please look very carefully WHERE you make your deposit!

Is this the first time you have played at Bodog?

The reason I ask is because it's possible that the money is sitting in your sportsbook balance. You have to manually move it from the sportsbook to the casino after you make a deposit, even if you made the deposit from within the casino.

If this isn't the case, you should probably send them proof that the money was deducted from your Moneybookers account.

Very mysterious, because i've got no answer yet and normally i got always within 15-30 minutes an answer from the bodog support, so it's really very strange!

Btw. can please anyone change this thread to the Casino Complaint Section, becasue i've seen only now, that there is extra a section for these peoples,like me

Thanks for your help and renaming the thread Casinomeister!

I've got now finally an answer from the support, but although i've sent them an screenshot from my moneybookers deposit, they ask me, whit which company i've sent them the money and how much.

Can't they see my screenshot, or aren't they able to open a jpeg file?

i hope this issue can be solved soon, because it's the only casino, which have so fast payouts (always within 1 hour or less!) for european members.

Now i've the feeling, that they want only waste my time, because now i've got a 2nd mail, after i sending them an email with all exact datas frommy moneybookers deposit, incl. the Reference ID, but now the support told me, that he have nothing received in my last mail, so i should send them again the screenshot.
But i don't know why, because i've written them all my details from the moneybookers deposit, so they should now have all informations, to see, that i've made a deposit on my account!

Okay, i've got now an email, that they've locaterd my deposit and it should be in my account within the next 10 minutes, so it should all be fine

Okay, now are about 20 minutes away and nothing happened

40 Minutes ago and nothing happens!

Now is one hour ago and as i asked the customer service, why my money isn't yet in my account, they told me only, it will be in it shortly!

First i was told 10 minutes and now after 1 hour i was told shortly, but how long is in UK shortly?

No, because bodog have confirmed, that they've received my moneybookers deposit, but there was a unkniow reason, that the money was not transfered automatically to my account.

Exactly 1 minute before i got another email, that they apaologize for the delay, for transfering the money to my account, because first they told me, it takes only 10 minutes, but now it should take again 20 minutes, so it were then full 2 hours.

maybe i should search for another RTG casino, which make not such problems for deposit my money?

Edit: And the story goes on, again nothing in my account, although now are 40 minutes away although the support promised me 20 minutes! Only empty words!

Ok, finally i got my money a half hour ago, but they sent it back to my moneybookers account, so it costs me extra money, because transfering $ in € costs always!

But that was not enough, because i'm so stupid and made a deposit again on bodog and played with $ 300 and $ 1 bets, but i think they set my account to 20% payout, because i got only 1 bonus round when my balance was down to $ 20 and this bonus round gaved me only $ 1.75 so it's really better, when i play there never again!
