Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

Nicolas,
More than a year ago, there were many threads about players not being paid in months by Rival casinos. At that time, many agreed that there were cashflow problems with Rival casinos in general. Slotocash seemed the only exception. Confidence has since returned after the Rivals started paying out but the Irish Luck fiasco brings back these bad memories.

I am going to pop in here because I was feeling pretty comfortable again with the rival I play at when they processed my withdrawal in 2 days...but now they are claiming it will be "sometime" next week before my Monday the 16 of November request will be processed...Originally Posted by NicolasJohnson
Rival players not getting paid for weeks???
I feel it is very bad to lull one into thinking that the 5 day rule won't be invoked after KNOWING a withdrawal can be done in 48 hours by Rival...I am so disgusted and disappointed with this casino...they enticed me back after I closed my account with a very nice ND chipc etc...and now they will be taking almost 2 weeks for my next withdrawal???
That is very bad customer service IMO...
.
Today is the Tomorrow, you thought about Yesterday...so live as IT IS your last tomorrow!
I would be annoyed too Silc.
Ive heard that BS from Rivals before and its unacceptable....'sometime next week'...sheesh....its like saying 'well it just depends on how hot it is outside' or something ridiculous like that.
Just take your money (when they give it to you) and run...stick to the Rivals that will pay within 48 hours.
Some of these outfits havent the first clue about customer retention and loyalty.

I have personally never experienced any problem withdrawing from a Rival casino. For me their slots are in a different league to other software. Creative, original, and you can see visually a lot of thought has gone into them.
But all the gimmicks aside the playability in terms of fun is week.
Playing in a Rival is a bit like going into a swanky restraunant and coming out with food poisoning.
I find the best way to play at these slots is by depositing much lower than you would normally and play very cautiously. I also find it is worth taking their bonuses because you seem to hit either something very big or absolutly nothing at all.

I am very disappointed with this casino and only played as they are approved here and players seem to say they are best Rival regarding cashins.
I only deposited via my QTender account and requested payment to same, I made cashin and immediately emailed with my Valid/Current Drivers License attached and since all utilities in husbands name, sent top portion of a credit card statement that clearly shows my name and address as same as DL.
These documents accepted everywhere else.
Now they request a faxback form asking for same information as on DL and my account registration. So I sent it back via email with an attachment of my QUICKTENDER account home page showing my name and the QT account number I used to dep and cashin.
If they give me problems now I will be very POed
Anyone had similar problems?
I would like to compliment the SLOTO representative here, I sent a PM and the immediately corrected the problem and provided prompt payment to my Quicktender Account.
Thank you Sloto
