I am sure the lock is automated, and is triggered on opening the third account at any one group.
This is a classic case of rogue behaviour, since this "abusive" action was caused entirely by persistent live chat offers of further bonuses, despite these being clearly against the overall bonus policy of Playtech software.
Worse, it seems the live chat simply will not take "no thank you" for an answer, but will continue to harrass the player. This, in itself, should earn a spell in the rogue pit, whatever the outcome of the other issue. This promotes irresponsible gambling and "chasing", while at the same time setting up the player for confiscated winnings should they eventually win from these offers - which then creates a no lose situation for the casino.
Perhaps the live chat staff have targets to meet, and do this through nagging players to deposit more and more, the less savvy ones will not spot the trap they are being lead into.
Stupidly, by suspending bonus privileges, this player can no longer be "sold" bonuses through live chat, until their bonus ban is lifted. Not only that, they have probably lost this player altogether, and many more have been alerted to this.
