    Belini/Cameo/Vegas Red group silliness

I have had an account at Casino Belini for the better part of a year and play there regularly. This week I received an email from them referring me to Cameo Casino with the offer of a very attractive SUB.

So I registered an account at Cameo and with the help of live support received the extra bonus. While playing, the support agent then offered me an equally attractive bonus to go play at another casino, Vegas Red.

As I lost all my funds at Cameo, I accepted the offer again and registered the new account. Before I could deposit though my account got locked. Live support couldn't tell me the cause, only after a couple phone calls and an email did I find out that it was due to "Previous activity in the gaming industry and/or affiliated casinos."

This morning I tried to log back in to my Bellini account, only to find I am locked out there now too for the same reason!

They email me and chat with me to try and get me to sign up at their affiliated casinos, then lock my accounts because I opened accounts at multiple casinos. Talk about one hand having no idea what the other is doing!

After an hour in live chat, and multiple bogus explanations why my accounts were closed, they finally agreed to re open my account but have suspended all bonus privileges. Why? Because I requested too many bonuses in a short period of time. Bonuses that were flogged on me by support.

Great way to lose a patron.

i had a similar issue with cameo they sent me a email match bonus i took it
as im playing live chat wouldnt leave me alone saying deposit more will match you 200%, I told them plse ive just started playing with this bonus let me finish before i decide what to do after while i got tired of the chat person he just kept asking me about this bonus issue so i logged off. When i did log back into play he started again so i told them same thing let me play this first, next i knew money was gone live chat is still yapping away his last response was now your at 0 ill give you 25% bonus if you deposit instead of 200. So with that i left cameo and never looked back. And funny part was about this was as i first started off i hit a few good bonus rounds that brought me right up so if i played
longer i would of finished the wr and could and should of had enough left to withdraw with but after i told them no i didnt want the 200% bonus just then
i never hit more then few cent lines that paid, and money was gone. even the reels spinning was off and i could watch the amount in the paid area show before my spins had stopped.

Iam playig in all this casinos group europa, cameo etc... but I had no problems with them unil now. Maybe The problem start when requesting withdrawal because I never won there. In General, the playtech bonus are given automatically without requesting it.

I always deposit and the bonus follow.I do not understand why they close a players account when he have other account at the same group even it is different casinos. For me I never requested the bonus from them, just deposit and the bonus is credited even 25 per cent bonus.

Your thread is a warning for me and maybe when I will request the withdrawal , they will close all my accounts.

I have accounts in the whole Group (Europa, Tropez, Bellini, Cameo, Craps, DelRio, VegasRed).
And I have withdrawn in all of them - never had any problem.
In some of them I am a VIP Silver Player now.

I have been invited fom Europa to join Bellini, Cameo and Craps. And in the Bellini Casino I was from the first day a VIP Silver.

    Nicole50,

It is probably worth trying to withdraw a small amount whether you win or not. Doesnt look good though. If you still have $20 or something put in a request instead of depositing fresh funds.

I am sure the lock is automated, and is triggered on opening the third account at any one group.

This is a classic case of rogue behaviour, since this "abusive" action was caused entirely by persistent live chat offers of further bonuses, despite these being clearly against the overall bonus policy of Playtech software.
Worse, it seems the live chat simply will not take "no thank you" for an answer, but will continue to harrass the player. This, in itself, should earn a spell in the rogue pit, whatever the outcome of the other issue. This promotes irresponsible gambling and "chasing", while at the same time setting up the player for confiscated winnings should they eventually win from these offers - which then creates a no lose situation for the casino.
Perhaps the live chat staff have targets to meet, and do this through nagging players to deposit more and more, the less savvy ones will not spot the trap they are being lead into.
Stupidly, by suspending bonus privileges, this player can no longer be "sold" bonuses through live chat, until their bonus ban is lifted. Not only that, they have probably lost this player altogether, and many more have been alerted to this.
