    [RESOLVED] Centrebet support

    Hi,
I registered to Centrebet Casino few weeks ago. Here at Casinomeister I read it is a good place to play (accredited casino).

On the 19th of Febr I requested a withdrawal, but until today I did not receive it.
When I asked about it they wrote me:

    >Your settlement for USD xxxx was processed on 28/2/08 with a reference ID
    >of xxxxxxxx.

I contacted to Moneybookers and they replied:

    >We would like to confirm that the questioned transaction has been
    >cancelled, therefore, the funds should be credited soon into your
    >Centrebet account. If there are any further issues, please be kindly
    >advised to arrange the matter with Centrebet Customer Service , as the
    >funds are into Centrebet now. Please make sure that you provide them
    >with an email, that has been registered in your Moneybookers profile
    >in order to receive your money.

I wrote more than 25 letters to the support, but nothing happened. I made few chat session with Centrebet, but the support wasn't interested in trying to help me or solve my problem. Few days ago I sent a private message to the casino representative, but until today no reply.

Anybody can tell me, how it is possible this casino is accredited?

You say they weren't interested. Sounds odd. Do you have a copy of this chat session? What did they say - specifically?

    Hi

Just wanted to chime in on this post about "centrebet"

I also just opened an account with them because of them being on the "accredited list"my problem is a little different however.

I signed up and made my first deposit and then left for a few hours and came back to play.My account was locked and said to contact support. This is not new some casino's like to have your documentation early to avoid payout delays and fraud.

So anyway i went to my email thinking they must have emailed me telling me what they need. But nothing in my email except a confirmation of my credit card registration. So i fire off an email asking what is up and this is what i got

    Dear Kassia,

Thank you for your request to reopen your betting account.

We are keen to process your request, but we have had no reply from our previous email requesting you to provide the following:

    1. A photographic proof of identity. (a copy of either your drivers licence or passport)

    2. An official document which shows your name and residential address no older than 3 months

    3. A copy of both sides of the credit/debit card (s) you have used to credit your account.

We can not process your settlement request until these documents have been received and verified. If we have no reply to this email within 2 weeks we will be returning the funds to your betting account and it will be suspended until the documentation is received.

Please ensure that copies of the proof of identity has a legible signature

So i thought what the heck????They never sent any emails and maybe it is just me but it really sounds like to me they are saying i have had an account for a while. At that point i had my account about three hours and it was the casino,i am not interested in sports betting, and yes i checked every where an email could be even under my bed and nope no email.

I sent of the documents and i have had not one response in many many hours and am a little concerned. they took my money with no problems but yet they do not seem to be in a hurry to let me access MY money.I just really think that this is really really bad customer service and just thought i would let people know to be a little careful around these guys i think maybe they need some brushing up on their customer service

and should they not say to unlock your account and not "reopen" i never new i closed it and also i have money in my account.Maybe i am over reacting but just a few things to make me worry a little bit

After 13 hours i finally got a response

It said that on random accounts they will ask for documents as part of there anti-fraud compliance.

Very well i understand that, but to lock a new account for over a day and some(may be longer as my account is still locked)they say it has to go through the appropriate channels.

Should they not tell you SOMEWHERE that they could lock your account and do this before i deposit?Or better yet don't accept my deposit until i have cleared all of this.It seems to me if they can lock it after you deposit can they not do this before they take your money and hold it?

They also tell me this is normal....TO WHO? I have been playing casinos online for over 4 years and even if i had a documentation request they would let you play and just send in the documents.I mean even if it is fraud you can't withdraw and what do they do....they put the transaction through on your credit card anyway and "hold it" till they get documents

This just seems a really bad way to keep customers to me.Without even emailing me to tell me and make me chase them down.I wonder if someone higher up may look at there accredited standing.Kinda seems like a "hippojo"thing again

Great to see this is sorted, sometimes communication can be lost or something small can cause delay's in area's, they sorted the problem and gave you a goodwill bonus for your patronage..

Thank you maxd and bryan for your time on this
