    Seen this lame email yet?

I already have a Casino Share Account so guess which statement below is most certainly BS? Hint: Has the figure $2008 in it! And NO I did not check to see if my account had $2008 credited to it! Y'know its one thing trickin me into wasting my time clicking links to casinos where I'm no longer eliible for the No Dep Bonus (like any offer for any casino older than 1 day old! ya feel me?) but bald-faced, fat-mouthed LYING is quite another, n'est pas? Now I KNOW this has nothing to do with Casino Share but that it's the affiliate. HOWEVER: Casino Share does benefit from the BS soooooo I invite any Casino Share reps or associates to reply as soon as someone has had their lil' talkin-to.

So I take it you've reported this affiliate?

And it's not really a lie, per say, because they're sending out blind (spam) mails to everyone and anyone, not knowing if they have an account or not.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

I just posted here. Havent reported them but since my post no more wording like that. It isn't a lie cuz they blind mail? Whats the other choice? That its the truth? Uh....find it kinna hard to agree you there. I get a kazillion emails from affiliates and can't remember one which stated that $X was credited to my account when it was not true. I look for that wording to determine whether they have given me a freechip or are just offering a match bonus. Course I knew that there wasn't any $2008 freechip but it pissed me off just the same.

I think we have raised the issue before with one of their reps, who first assured us that spamming was NOT used, but then when I posted a screenshot of a spam I had received, told me it was their "new games newsletter", and not "spam".

They have made the problem far worse by their mass white labelling effort, which was implemented even though they seem to lack the ability to control this problem even with their original casino, casinoshare. I got this one also, and the $2008 has not been "credited", but as many of us know, this is yet another variant of the MG "free spins" option for giving an SUB to a NEW player. This is what is the complete LIE, to claim this "has been credited" implies an EXISTING account already exists, which makes it immediately INELIGIBLE for the offer anyway.

This is all down to one thing, affiliates are NOT vetted before they are allowed in, they are only vetted AFTER complaints are received, and even then are given second, third, fourth, etc, chances to repent before being banned.

The lack of meaningful action by the industry is only leading to it being ever harder for casinos to communicate with their ACTUAL CUSTOMERS, whose spam filters will block ALL casino Email that mentions things like "bonus" etc, and this will prevent them from encouraging repeat deposits from these players, who will be unaware of any offers, and may deposit elsewhere at a casino whose offer they HAVE received due to spam filters not seeing them as "spammy groups".

I find that the MAJORITY of my existing player promotions get tagged as spam, and I am FORCED to disable spam filtering or I would see none of them. A year ago, most got through, but as their affiliates generate complaints, the names of the casinos and domains are added to central spam filtering products. Some spammers use a domain with a similar name to that of the spammed casino, and this can lead to blocking even at domain name level, as well as content of the Email.

I now find that even my LASSETERS Emails end up tagged as "spam", so I wonder how on earth THEY made it to the spam lists - It'll be 32Red next!
