Newyorkcasino (cpays) knows how NOT to treat a customer

1. These guys sent me a promotional offer 50% up to 250$, account specific which included my account number.
2. I deposited trough neteller, and after the bonus was not automatic asked what is up. They said that they are SORRY they cannot credit the bonus because my account was flagged for some reason.
3. Ok now. Flagged. If im so flagged why do they send me a promotional email to this about 3-4 years old account.
4. I play some WITHOUT the bonus, and withdraw 205$, 5$ more then i had deposited.
5. I make a withdrawal and they inform me that it will take 4-5 days to pay me the withdrawal.
6. I am asked documents (for some reason my many years old documents were not fine with them.)
7. Now it gets funny, they want to pay my withdrawal trough bank draft, the option that i would really not want, because in finland the banks do not treat foreign checks well. 20€ per check for redeeming, and the banks here just do not like checks (even a wire would have been ok). I requested it trough neteller.

Lol. I guess so. Reversed the cashin back to my account before they sent it. I guess there is no choice for me then to try and win more, because check is really no option for me.
