If it's genuinely a newsletter, it will have your name and account number, and is from them. Recently, there is someone spamming their SUB (I have started getting them). What they seem to have done is to pass player's details to a third party marketing company, who are sending these inactive players special offers. These generally do NOT contain the account number, just the name. Some will even come via "snail mail".
I also find that support just do not respond, yet I wanted to USE the offer, but when I entered the code in it, I was presented with a different offer. The letter does say to contact a support address after entering the code, and this is what is ignored. After three attempts, I have given up and uninstalled Sun Palace, and installed Inetbet instead.
If you have specifically requested to be removed from the list, yet find they are hopping from server to server to thwart your attempts to block the unwanted mailers, then this is most definitely a full blown spamming campaign, and is no "accident". They should take heed of what happened to Fortune Lounge when THEY lost control of the Belize marketing company that managed their campaigns, and it effectively "went native" and launched a full blown spamming campaign from the lists passed to it for marketing.
