Angry BingLotto Taking $250 out of my bank account

I deposited $25 into my binglotto account via my Debit Mastercard, and next thing I know they deducted $250 from my bank account. This was on 1/30/08. They have no phone number listed, and I e-mailed both them, and the payment processor ITC, no response from either one of them.

I could use some help with this. This was part of my rent money.....

Any suggestions on what I can do would be greatly appreciated!

First, check your Bingolotto account to see whether they have credited you with $250 instead of $25, which would indicate some kind of typo or system error. If you can only see $25, then you have been ripped off.
It seems this happens to US players alot because the online sites know that you would be reluctant to dispute the charges with your banks as this could reveal the "illegal" nature of the transaction, and could cripple your ability to play online in the future.
If the money is urgently needed though, go ahead and dispute it and bugger the consequences. First though, give them another day or two to respond, although having no phone number, and ignoring Emails, is NOT a good sign.
Try to see where they are licenced, and whether it is easy to find out what group they are part of.
A recent post in the bingo section highlighted a series of rogue bingo sites operating under a large number of skins, all of which could be traced back to one rogue outfit - pretty much the bingo player's equivalent to our Virtual RTG casino group

Yes, a similar thing happened to me. I had deposited $25 using a credit card and then won $25. When I tried to withdraw the resulting $50, they told me the credit card processor they use was invalid and that they never debited the money from my credit card. But I checked my credit card statement and found that they had charged my credit card. When I brought it to their attention, they simply ignored me and stole the $25.
