    Cashingout at Giant vegas

I win £43,000 on 13th Oct at Giant Vegas casino. I tried to withdraw £40,000 and then 24hrs later I got the email below
Dear LetitiaThank you for playing at our tables. Our sites terms of use states the following: No more than $3,000.00, (or equal amount in Euro, GBP) per week may be withdrawn from your account and also no more than $10,000(or equal amount in Euro, GBP) in winnings per month may be withdrawn from your account. Therefore, for this month, we will process only the maximum amount allowed by our policy. The remainder will be returned to your gaming account balance and you can withdraw again within the next monthly period. The period of a month is calculated as 30 days from the date your withdrawal is processed. Thank you for your cooperation.Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Giant Vegas Casino Support Team. We are available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, at:E-mail: support@giantvegas.com>International: 632-756-7846Fax: 632-756-7847http://www.giantvegas.com/With Best Regards,Cashier,Giant Vegas.

But on their website you find this.

Banking - Withdrawals20k - 50k Withdrawal Request InstructionsAs part of this procedure, we ask that you provide the following details:Your valid photo identification (e.g. passport or driving license) that shows the address currently registered in your gaming account. If your photo ID does not show the account registered address, please send a bank statement or utility bill that does. Please note, we will still require a copy of the ID.We require a Bank Reference ( also referred to as a 'letter of good standing) . This is a letter from your bank stating that you have an active account there. Please ensure that the bank account number is listed, along with the current date, bank contact information and the bank name/logo. The document should also be signed by the appropriate bank representative. If you are requesting your funds via wire transfer, the bank reference should be for the account that your wire transfer will be processed to. Please ask your bank to draft the letter to the attention of Xpress Payments System Limited If the bank representative you first speak to is not familiar with the document, please request to speak to their supervisor or the manger. We will not process your funds as a wire transfer or bank draft without the bank reference. We must ask that you forward a recent bank statement. Please be sure that your bank account number and name are visible on the statement, along with the bank name/logo, a list of charge descriptors and the date. This will assist our security department in confirming the validity of the document. If you are withdrawing via the wire transfer method, please provide the bank statement for the account that your wire transfer will be processed to. If you have deposited via the credit card option, we request that you provide front and back copies of the cards used. The back copies of the cards should be signed . If you no longer have one of these credit cards, a bank statement for the card in question will suffice. Please ensure that the credit card number is listed on the statement. We also require a utility bill (e.g. phone bill, electrical bill) that shows your name and address and the name/logo of the utility company. If you have sent any of these documents previously and they have been accepted there is no need for you to resend them at this point. Please only send the documents that remain outstanding. The bank reference, bank statement and utility bill are only necessary if you are withdrawing your funds via the bank draft or wire transfer options. It is not needed if you choose to withdraw via another of our payment options. Therefore, if you wish you may log into your gaming account, cancel your pending withdrawals and withdraw using another method. Please Note: In order to withdraw via an alternative method, you must have at least one successful deposit via that payment option (except the bank draft and bank draft express options where a previous deposit via those methods is not necessary)Once your faxes are legible, they will be placed in a secure file and you will not be asked to re-send them in the future. Additionally, having your faxes on file will facilitate other adjustments we periodically make to a players account such as an increase in the deposit limit, upgrading the VIP level or making any changes in account details that you may request. Please fax your documents to: International: 1-268 - 481-2329. For the fastest reply time, however, we strongly suggest that you scan and send your documents as e-mail attachments to support@royaldice.com . This option works best for image quality and clarity, and we usually receive legible copies on the first attempt; whereas faxes usually take a few attempts to obtain legible copies. Scanning may be done at the closest document processing depot if the necessary equipment is unavailable to you. Please enclose your username when sending your documents to assist us in locating your account. If after ten days we do not receive legible faxes, we will return the amount of your withdrawal request back to your balance. You may make your withdrawal request again but we must be in receipt of the required faxes before we can complete processing your withdrawal.

It took them from 15th Oct to 7th Nov just to prosses the 1st payment £3000 now just waiting to see about next cashout

By the time you are fully paid, online gambling will probably be fully legalized and regulated in the US.

    Good luck to you.

This operator is an Australian who has been in the business for years and has been involved in a few player issues in the past, but if the T&Cs stipulate what you have indicated (and you have clearly read the T&Cs thoroughly - hopefully before playing) then you are stuck with them I'm afraid.

It sucks, I know....but there you are.

The Curacao licencing authority does not have a good record for handling player disputes, and I doubt you would get too far anyway with this claim, bearing those T&Cs in mind.

Last I heard they were using the Playtech platform after briefly trying Player Preferred and previous to that RTG, with whom they ended up in litigation.

Jetset, any relation to Jumbo Corporation? (http://www.jumbocorporation.com/)

The reason I ask is because they have a link through Jumbo affiliates to Ozlotteries, which is a very popular and reputable online lottery site in Australia run by Jumbo.

Jumbo is also listed on the ASX.

If they are connected, I have no doubts that you will be paid in full.

No - this is a standalone operator as far as I am aware - he certainly has been in the past. Name is Brian Goodman.

$250 per week looks like a business in serious financial trouble... a kid could collect enough beer cans or soda bottles to service a debt like that... what are these guys even doing in business if they can only pay out $250 per week?

Have you Pitched a Bitch? They are giving terms and then changing them... any way you look at it, ALL players should know the facts so they can decide themselves whether to play at a such place.
