3 days without acknowledgment is a bit too much. I would send them polite reminders every 2 hours if I were you. Even if they are screening your docs they should have the coutesy of sending you a simple e-mail with the expected time frame for clearing them.

Well Chuchu, guess what ? A couple hours after my last post in this thread, I get a "security documents accepted" e-mail. So either we have a pretty weird coincidence or they (Robrival) read this forum. I checked my quicktender account and the money hasn't posted (yet), but I will assume now that it will post and I commend SimonSays on making amends irrespective of if it's because of this thread or not.

    Best Regards, Tableplay.

yep standard is usually a copy of your cc statement if this is what you used to deposit.
A utilities bill UNDER 3 MONTHS OLD, and sometimes a copy of your licence and or passport.

Is there any specific reason why you did not read this before posting this complaint:

You failed to follow the instructions posted at the casino, and you put the blame on them calling them thieves and accusing them of ripping you off?

I'd hate to see a posting from you when you have a real problem.

My last withdrawal was made Sunday a.m. and was in my Quicktender account Sunday p.m.

I just keep all the documents in my computer, updating bill as needed and then can email when needed.
I had to send all this to the "old" G2G and they accepted my documents. However, they still kept my deposit and winnings and are not answering my emails. It has been over three months.

    Please note the following facts:

    1) I did not post a complaint when they asked me for more recent paperwork -- I only posted after I had sent them the requested paperwork and they still didn't respond (after 3 days)

    2) I received payment only after posting a complaint in this forum

    Best Regards, tableplay

Hi Lojo, I did not PaB -- the only action I took was to post to the non-Bonus complaint forum here (i.e. the start of this thread).

Cheers and have a great weekend, Tableplay.
