Thumbs down GRANDPRIVE PAYOUT PROBLEMS AGAIN

Once again Grand prive group can't seem to process any payments in a timely manner and their finance dept. is clueless.

I cashed in a total of $2100.00 to quicktender and it has been well over a week and still no payment.

Payment promised on 10/12 then 10/15 at very latest. YEA RIGHT!

This group needs to get its act together.

    anyone else getting the runaround?

Payouts to quicktends so be simple and they are for every other casino group I have dealt with.

Thumbs down Oh yes big problems

    Hi FootDr....

Yep, I finally got one payment after receiving 2 bounced checks. It took a month for the ACH to get through to me after the bounced check for one payment. The other payout I still await. I've gotten 3 stories on how it's to be paid by 3 different people. I've also been told it was paid a month ago by a new check. It's a huge mess with those folks and I was once their biggest fan!

The only person there who had any sense (Melissa) is now gone from there and I doubt I'll see payment anytime soon. I'm going to aggravate the living fire out of them until I'm paid in full. Email is not a good option with them. Phone calls aren't either. Leaves us waiting for sure. Too much longer and I will PAB or let Ecogra know what's happened.

    Good luck~

    Same problems

This Past may the Grand Prive (Grand Bay) switched processors (from what they told me) from a u.s. bank (I think the bank of new york) to a canadian bank (toronto branch of bank of canada was my last payout check in august). now they tell me that there was issues with processing and a delay occured (it explains my waiting now for 20 days on a $2000.00 payout by check). Im not sure if this has anything to do with ACH's or wire transfers, I just hope they undo the problems, they have been hot and cold on timely payouts....

    Unhappy Grand Prive payout runaround

I'm also experiencing the runaround in payouts from Grand Prive. I've logged in two payout requests, one on Sept. 28 and one on Oct. 1. So far nothing in mail. I've talked to 3 different people there, Mario, Tina, and Ivan. They all say the same thing-check will be there this week. So far they are all wrong. They claim they had to switch processors. Are these payout problems applicable only to US players, or is it international? Is this casino going under? I got two payouts from them back in June fairly quickly. Any feedback or suggestions would be much appreciated. TIA

That's a good question... my first thought is that it is US only. Would be interested if anyone outside of NA is having the same troubles, I doubt it.

    Cool This is very strange

I happened to get their emails with the bonus codes every week in September and played with one every week. The first cashout was by check (16 days)...I had asked about QT but someone had said they had to send a check, then I found out I could do QT and each week after that I had my withdrawal in 24 hours or less. It sounds like something happened. (Of course I haven't played for about 3 weeks so I don't have any recent info) About the same time they quit mailing the bonus codes!!!

We've known since october last that it would be hard to play from the land of the free.

    Grand Prive

At one time, there was no one faster than Grand Prive on payouts. That was last April when I began playing there, however. Customer service has gone way down now. They say one thing and do another without giving truths. I've been told something different from each email and each person I've spoken with there.

Mario doesn't know Jackchit. He promised me they would reimburse my bounced check fees, etc. It's never happened and as of tonight, again, I get
"Please note that we are experiencing problems with our processor and our finance team are working on the issue. We apologize for the huge delay and thank you for your patience regarding this matter."

Anyway, I don't think they're going under.... First they've got to send Recruit to S. Africa and I'm going to beg to be taken along on that trip!

Hey TXMyTx...damn straight they better not go under before I go to South Africa!!!

Have you ever dealt with Lee Michaels at Grand Prive? He seems to give a shit about the players and has been very responsive. As for payouts, I agree, they have gotten a little slower....used to see cashouts from them in 24 hours. When I made a QuickTender cashout, I generally see it show up in my QT account in about 4-5 days. I've done the check route before, but QT seems to be faster.

    Good luck!!!
